Purpose:This research systemically evaluated the efficacy of the method of resolving phlegm and removing blood stasis combined with western medicine therapy on treating the phlegm turbidity and blood stasis type stable angina pectoris,to provide treatment evidence for the clinic.Method:Through searching information on CNKI Chinese journal full text database,Chinese Biomedical Literature Database Collection,Wanfang database, and Chongqing VIP database,we collect several random-controlled trials from 1/1/2005 to 3/1/2017 about the method of resolving phlegm and removing blood stasis combined with western medicine therapy(treatment group)compared to conventional western medicine therapy(control group)in the treatment of the phlegm turbidity and blood stasis type stable angina pectoris.Researchers evaluated those random-controlled trials in accordance with the inclusion and exclusion criteria independently by extracting information to cross check and using Rev Man 5.3 statistical software to analysis. The observation indexes are: improvement of the symptom of angina pectoris and ST-T changes of ECG,efficacy of blood lipid regulation. Results:We collected 26 random-controlled trials and 1840 patients with the phlegm turbidity and blood stasis type stable angina pectoris.(1)23 articles included the efficacy of the resolving phlegm and removing blood stasis method combined with western medicine therapy in improving the symptom of angina pectoris compared with the control group. There was no statistical heterogeneity among the studies(P=0.91>0.05,I2=0%<50%),and we analyzed the application of the fixed effect model. It turned out that: [OR combined with =3.82,95%CI(2.92,4.99)].The results indicate that the efficacy in improving the symptom of angina pectoris of treatment group was better than that of the control group.(2)21 articles compared the efficacy of the resolving phlegm and removing blood stasis therapeutic method combined with western medicine therapy in improving the symptom of ST-T changes of ECG with the control group. There was no statistical heterogeneity among the studies(P=0.83>0.05,I2=0%<50%),and we analyzed the application of the fixed effect model. It turned out that: [OR combined with =2.99,95%CI(2.33,3.84)].The results indicate that the efficacy in improving the symptom of ST-T changes of treatment group was better than that of the control group.(3)15 articles compared the efficacy of blood lipid regulation of the treatment group with the control group. It turned out that: TC [SMD=-0.0.76,95%CI(-1.02,-0.50),P<0.00001],LDL-C [SMD=-0.43,95%CI(-0.62,-0.24),P<0.00001],HDL-C [SMD=0.36,95%CI(0.31,0.42),P<0.00001],TG [SMD=-0.19,95%CI(-0.30,-0.08),P=0.0007].The results indicate that the resolving phlegm and removing blood stasis therapeutic method combined with western medicine therapy can reduce the level of TC,TG and LDL-C in blood and increase the level of HDL-C in blood, and the efficacy of blood lipid regulation is better than the control group. Conclusion:The analysis shows that the resolving phlegm and removing blood stasis therapeutic method combined with western medicine therapy is better than conventional western medicine therapy in improvement of the symptom of angina pectoris and ST-T changes of ECG,efficacy of blood lipid regulation during treating the phlegm turbidity and blood stasis type stable angina pectoris.
