The Effect Of Jianpi Huayu Decoction In The Treatment Of Spleen Deficiency With Stasis Syndrome Of Ulcerative Colitis And The Effect Of D-2 On The Cell Factor And The Polymer

Objective:To Observe the clinical safety and effect of spleen deficiency with stasis syndrome of ulcerative colitis treated by Jianpi Huayu Decoction,and the clinical effect of Jianpi Huayu Decoction on cytokines and D-2 poly body, or other physical and chemical indicators, and the possible mechanism of the treatment of spleen deficiency syndrome with stasis type ulcerative colitis.Methods:60 patients randomized to be eligible for inclusion in the standard the experimental group and the control group of 30 cases. Two groups of patients were given Mesalazine SR Granules as the basis for treatment. The experimental group was added to the treatment of Jianpi Huayu Decoction while the control group took Mesalazine SR Granules for 12 weeks. Observe and statistics the changes of the clinical symptoms, colonoscopy, platelet, D-2 polymer,interleukin six,interleukin ten and immune globulin.Recorded at any time in the course of treatment adverse reactions may occur in patients,inspected before and after treatment in patients of Routine blood test,liver function, kidney function, ECG.Result:1.Total effective rate was 90.0% in experimental group and 73.3% in control group.The Total effective rate in experimental group was better than that in control group (P<0.01).2. Experimental group was better than control group in alleviating the clinical symptoms(p<0.01).3. Experimental group and control group could reduce immune globulin(IgG、 IgA、IgM) before and after treatment, with a significant difference(p<0.01). After treatment, the two groups of IgA, IgG with statistical difference(p<0.05),and experimental group was better than control group, but IgM has no significant difference.4. Experimental group and control group reduced platelet and D-2 polymers, the difference was statistically significant(p<0.01),and experimental group was better than control group.5. Experimental group and control group could adjust IL-6 IL-10, the difference was statistically significant(p<0.01),and experimental group was better than control group.6.There was no adverse reactions in the course of treatment.Conclusion:The effect of JianPI Huayu Decotion to treat Ulcerative Colitis type of Spleen Deficiency and stasis in experimental group was better than control group. Its mechanism may be related to the regulation of immune function, adjust the balance of inflammatory factors and improve the microcirculation. It is worthy of spreading and exercising widely.
