Effect Of Internal Fixation Position With Endobutton In The Treatment Of The Acromioclavicular Joint Dislocation

Objective:To explore the effect of internal fixation position of Endobutton steel plate on shoulder joint function after operation. To analyze the correlation between the position of Endobutton plate and the curative effect after operation.Methods:Questionnaire of dislocation of acromioclavicular joint was made referring to the Karlsson score standard 60 cases of dislocation of acromioclavicular joint were collected to conduct retrospective analysis. Bony component data of acromioclavicular joint after operation was statistically and correlatively analyzed to estimate the correction between the position of Endobutton plate and the curative effect after operation.Results:1. Data statistically and correlatively analyzed from 60 dislocation of acromioclavicular joint cases show that there was A 45, B10, and C 5 referring to the Karlsson score standard. Excellent rate was 91.67%.2. The position of Endobutton plate on clavicle was uncorrelated with subluxation of acromioclavicular joint (P>0.05) while the position of Endobutton plate on coracoid process was correlated with subluxation of acromioclavicular joint (P<0.05).3. Research results show that when the plate in the coracoid base ministry, subluxation appears less than plate in coracoid protuberance or at the top coracoid process.4. In the case of successful operation without clavicle or coracoid process fracture or rope loop fault, or other situation, the difference was not significant among the three groups.Conclusion:1. The correlation between clavicular button plate position with the acromioclavicular joint subluxation is not obvious. There is a significant correlation between coracoid button plate position and acromioclavicular joint subluxation.2. Under the premise of using double Endobutton plate, if the coracoid plate button located in the basal, it rarely appears subluxation. Subluxation phenomenon would happen if the coracoid button plate in the bulge. If coracoid button plate at the top of the coronoid process, there will be very likely the emergence of subluxation.3. In the case of successful operation without clavicle or coracoid process fracture or rope loop fault, or other situation, there is not significant impact of button plate internal fixation on prognosis of patients.
