| Objective:This subject aim to study nasal cavity flushing by Houttuynia cordata on chronic sinusitis after functional endoscopic sinus surgery, to observe its effect on nasal mucosa morphology and function recovery in endoscopic, comparative analysis of postoperative patients subjective symptoms and endoscopic integral to explore Chinese medicinal nasal irrigation in the postoperative treatment of superiority, provide clinical theoretical basis and practical support for the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine after FESS.Methods:40 patients of income standard, divided into experimental group (20 cases) and control group (20 cases). The same perioperative treatment for two patients after the functional endoscopic sinus surgery, were treated with anti infection, bleeding etc.. After cleaning of the operative cavity under the endoscope, were treated with the same nasal drops and oral medication, patients in control group were treated with normal saline nasal irrigation, the experimental group given Houttuynia cordata nasal irrigation. Before operation and 1,2,4 weeks and 8 weeks of symptom and endoscopy were calculated after operation. The results were analyzed and the results were evaluated.Results:1. The total effective rate of the experimental group and the control group was 100% at 8 weeks after operation, the cure rate of the experimental group was 15%, the cure rate of the control group was 10%, and there was no significant difference between the two groups (P>0.05).2. The improvement of symptoms in the experimental group was better than that of the control group, and the single score of headache was better than that of the control group (P<0.05) 4 weeks after operation.3. Compared with the control group, the experimental group was superior to the control group in the improvement of nasal endoscopic surgery, and the single score of nasal endoscopic edema was better than that of the control group (P<0.05) 8 weeks after operation.Conclusion:Using the decoction of Qingfei Tongqiao after functional endoscopic sinus surgery can effectively ease the subjective symptoms, especially in the area of rhinorrhea, it can promote surgical cavity cleaning, reduce nasal mucosal inflammation, the effect is outstanding especially on the stage of mucosal outcome. It shows the traditional Chinese medicine has definitely curative effect and advantage on treating chronic nasal sinusitis after surgery, for the treatment of using traditional Chinese medicine in chronic nasal sinusitis after surgery provides a clinical basis.Application of Yuxingcao nasal douche of chronic nasal sinusitis after functional endoscopic sinus surgery can improve the subjective symptoms, especially prominent in effect of pain in the head and smell; at the same time, nasal lavage can promote the operation of cleaning cavity, reducing mucosal inflammation, outstanding effect in the competition and outcome period.In general, Chinese medicinal nasal irrigation in patients of chronic rhinosinusitis after treatment has definite curative effect and advantages, and has the advantages of high safety, this provides clinical basis for traditional Chinese medicine external treatment in patients of chronic rhinosinusitis after treatment. |
