Clinical Linical Studies On The Method Of Supplementing Qi And Removing Blood Stasis In Treating Dysfunctional Uterine Bleeding Of Peri-menopausal Period

Objective:To evaluate the clinical effect of Supplementing Qi and Removing Blood Stasis in treating dysfunctional uterine bleeding of peri-menopausal period, we observe its hemostasia effect, improvement of the symptoms, change of endometrial thickness and hemoglobin. Also we provide theoretical basis for the extensive clinical application of Supplementing Qi and Removing Blood Stasis in treatingdysfunctional uterine bleeding of peri-menopausal period by analyzing the cubic basis and compatibility of drugs summarized from common prescriptions.Methods:All the cases was chosen from patients diagnosed as dysfunctional uterine bleeding of peri-menopausal period in Jiangsu Province Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital Department of Gynecology during April 2015 to February 2016. All the samples were randomly separated into 2 groups,30 for each. The treatment group were treated with Origin-Lifting Brew and Shixiaosan, while the control group were treated with Buzhongyiqi pills and dragon’s blood capsules.The overall clinical efficacy, hemostasia effect, improvement of the symptoms, change of endometrial thickness and hemoglobin was observed and data was collected after treatment. Compare the 2 groups with SPSS22.0 to evaluate the clinical effect of Supplementing Qi and Removing Blood Stasis.Results:In the treatment group,5 patients were healed,16 had obvious therapeutic effects and 7 had certain effects while 2 had no response to the treatment, making the total effective rate up to 93.33%. In the control group, however,2 patients were cured,9 had obvious therapeutic effects and 11 had certain effects while 8 had no response to the treatment, the total effective rate was 73%. The difference of effective rate between two groups was statistically significant. In hemostasia effect, improvement of the symptoms, the treatment group was better than the control group; and hemoglobin was improved in the treatment group, but there was no significant difference between the two groups. Both the two groups showed no obvious effect in changing the endometrial thickness.Conclusion:The treatment of qi deficiency and blood stasis of Tonifying Qi and removing blood stasis has good hemostatic effect of perimenopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding, and can significantly improve the clinical symptoms.
