Clinical Research On The Treatment Of Advanced Gastric Cancer With The Method Of Supplementing Qi And Removing Blood Stasis And Removing Toxic Substances

Purpose:To observe short-term efficacy and safety of supplementing qi and removing blood stasis and toxin method combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer,objectively evaluate the Yiqihuayu method in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer,to provide the clinical basis for the treatment of advanced gastric cancer further study of traditional Chinese medicine combined with chemotherapy.Methods:Collecting patients with advanced gastric adenocarcinoma 60 cases,were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The treatment group(chemotherapy combined with Chinese traditional medicine group)30 cases,using Yiqihuayu decoction combined with TS chemotherapy(paclitaxel+s-1)treatment,the control group(chemotherapy group)30 cases,treated with TS chemotherapy.Two groups were compared before and after treatment of TCM syndrome integral,curative effect,solid tumor markers(CEA,CA125,CA199),Coagulation function,(KPS)value,Karnofsky score,quality of life scale and toxicity scores,and statistical analysis was carried out.Outcomes:There were statistically significant differences in the efficacy of TCM syndrome of the two groups(P<0.05);In the coagulation function,the D-dimer and FDP values in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the D-dimer was superior to the control group(P<0.05)In the KPS score,the KPS score in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.01),and the KPS score in the control group was significantly lower than that in the control group Quality of life,the quality of life in the treatment group was significantly improved compared with the previous treatment(P<0.05),while the control group in this area is not enough to improve;in terms of safety,the two groups were not malignant adverse events,the main side effects(P<0.05).The tumor indexes of the two groups were lower than those before the treatment,but the effect of the tumor in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the treatment group could reduce the incidence of leukopenia and diarrhea(CEA,CA199,CA125),the two groups did not show significant differences.Conclusion:The decoction of supplementing qi and removing blood stasis and toxin combined with TS chemotherapy in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer,in improving clinical symptoms,improve the quality of life of patients,alleviate the hypercoagulable state and reduce the toxicity of chemotherapy is superior to chemotherapy alone,it is worthy of further research and promotion.
