Objective:This paper mainly observes and analyses the clinical efficacy of Chinese and Western medicine treatment in cerebrospinal fluid leakage after lumbar interbody fusion, and provides clinical evidence for treatment of cerebrospinal fluid leakage. Methods:Retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of 40 patients who were diagnosed cerebrospinal fluid leakage after lumbar interbody fusion and met the inclusion criteria in Suzhou Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from Mar.2013 to Feb.2016. Filled out the observation forms, codes and clinical data entry, SPSS 19.0 application software for statistical analysis. The patients were divided into two groups according to the treatment plan:control group and experimental group, obersved the clinical efficacy of the two groups.Results:1.Equilibrium analysis:the course of gender, age, smoking history, minimum operation segment and the number of operation segment of two groups has no differences)P>0.05), which shows a comparability of the study.2.The average duration of the cerebrospinal leakage of the cntrol group is 6.75±2.94d, the average duration of the cerebrospinal leakage of the experimental group is 3.41±1.51d, the latter group is superior to the former group, which shows a difference(P<0.05).3.The average incision healing time of the control group is 15.71±1.51d, the average incision healing time of the experimental group is 14.50±0.67d, the latter group is superior to the former group, which shows a difference(P<0.05).4.The effective rate of the control group on 5th day of treatment is 89.3%, the effective rate of the experimental group on 5th day of treatment is 100%, the latter group is superior to the former group, which shows a difference(P<0.05). The effective rate of two groups on 10th day of the treatment is 100%, which shows no difference(P>0.05).5.Safety:No side-effect appeared during this study. Conclusion:The Chinese and Western medicine treatmemt plan is obviously effective in the treatment of cerebrospinal fluid leakage after lumbar interbody fusion, which is superior to the control group. Especially the usage of Buyang Huanwu Decotion shortens the duration time of CSFL and accelerates the healing of incision. Thus, the Chinese and Western medicine treatment plan should be widely used in cerebrospinal fluid leakage after lumbar interbody fusion.
