Purpose:Expression observes dampness in ulcerative colitis and contact with dampness between intestinal flora. Explore the relationship between the degree of dampness and ulcerative intestinal flora extent of colitis.Method:According to this study set diagnostic criteria, investigation records from March 2015 until the beginning of February 2016 in Suzhou City Chinese Medicine Hospital Gastroenterology clinic spleen and stomach to Suzhou City Chinese Medicine Hospital Gastroenterology ward of 50 patients with ulcerative colitis general information, ulcerative colitis inflammation of the relevant information, lifestyle information of patients, and scored their degree of dampness. While in February 2016 were randomly selected to participate in the Chinese Medicine Hospital in Suzhou City,30 cases of healthy adults as normal control group, all in compliance with the selection criteria for the selection criteria of the healthy control group. 50 patients with UC conducted a survey study,25 of which are willing to participate in the intestinal flora of fecal smear test research.30 cases of normal level alone dampness scale survey in which 15 patients willing to participate in the intestinal flora of fecal smear test research. Stool specimens collected in accordance with standardized methods and unified production by the Suzhou City Chinese Medicine Hospital Laboratory inspectors. After smears take a picture of counting statistics. Statistical analysis of all the data collected.Results:1. The ulcerative colitis group’s degree of dampness was significantly higher than the normal group’s degree of dampness. There are no significant difference between men and women of ulcerative colitis group in the degree of dampness. There are differences between ulcerative colitis patients without previous history of intestinal infection and patients with previous history of intestinal infection.2. Compared with the normal group, the number of bacteria in ulcerative colitis group significantly reduced fecal smears. According to the standard division of flora diagnosis,25 patients with ulcerative colitis, there are 3 patients degrees 3 flora, accounting for 12%,17 patients degrees 2 flora, accounting for 68%,5 patients degrees 1 of flora, accounting for 20%. Compared to the normal group, low ulcerative colitis group of Gram-positive bacteria and gram-negative bacilli proportion ratio, the high proportion of Gram-positive cocci and Gram-negative cocci ratio.3. Dampnesss in different degrees of intestinal flora in having differences. In conclusion1. Dampnesss is one of the cause of ulcerative colitis.2. Dampnesss have influence on intestinal flora imbalance.
