Observe the clinical efficacy of wu bei coating soup. Through the theory and clinical thinking, lay the foundation for further study.Methods:Selection in March 2015 to March 2016 clinic diagnosis accord with reflux esophagitis patients with 60 cases. To wu bei coating soup decoction oral treatment,Half an hour after the meal,For a course of 8 weeks.Observe the symptoms before and after the treatment, the curative effect, the change of endoscopic mucosa, carries on the analysis comparison.Results:Through 60 patients before and after treatment in the main symptoms, and overall curative effect and endoscopic changes.It is concluded that Wu bei coating soup can obviously improve patients pantothenic acid, heartburn, belching, retrosternal discomfort, such as the main symptoms and throat discomfort, dry mouth, bitter mouth, stomach, inappetence, secondary symptoms. The clinical cure for 6 cases,35 cases were markedly improved, effective 14 cases,5 had no effect, total effective rate was 91.67%. Esophageal mucosa under gastroscope healing 32 cases,3 cases had marked effect,17 cases effective,8 no effect, the total effective rate was 86.67%.Gastroscope effect of integral significantly improved than before treatment. And by the group paired t test, before and after treatment P< 0.01. Prove that wu bei coating soup in treatment of reflux esophagitis curative effect is superior.Conclustions:Wu bei coating soup has advantage in treatment of reflux esophagitis, whethe the syndrome of TCM and the total curative effect or mucosa under gastroscope change, can be improved significantly, some cases can be cured, reduce relapse, reduce side effects.
