Purpose:Observation from root water extract of the anal suppression kill pathogenic bacteria E. Coli and Staphylococcus aureus. Methods:Tube method using the plate method and in vitro antibacterial test experimental drugs were from root decoction (0.2g/ml,0.4g/ml,0.6g/ml,0.8g/ml, 1.0g/ml), skullcap ointment (0.2g/ml) and metronidazole (0.5% g/ml), with anorectal common pathogen E. coli and Staphylococcus aureus observed object, observe the three drugs (including the various concentration) for inhibition of these bacteria killing effect. Results:Tube method:For the role of inhibition to kill E. coli, to suppress the role of Daphne kill root decoction best, skullcap ointment, followed by metronidazole most times, including Daphne root decoction minimum inhibitory concentration of 0.0059 ± 0.0020 g/ml, the minimum inhibitory concentration skullcap ointment was 0.0086 ± 0.0024g/ml, the minimum inhibitory concentration of metronidazole injection was 0.039 ± 0.013% g/ml, three drugs inhibit and kill E. coli to have effect a statistically significant difference (P<0.05); the suppression kill Staphylococcus aureus, and to suppress killing effect skullcap ointment the best, followed by metronidazole, from root decoction most times, including skullcap oil minimum inhibitory concentration paste was 0.00098 ± 0.00033g/ml, the minimum inhibitory concentration of metronidazole injection was 0.0027 ± 0.00076% g/ml, the minimum inhibitory concentration from root decoction was 0.0064 ± 0.0018g/ml, three drugs inhibit and kill Staphylococcus aureus to have effect a statistically significant difference (P<0.05);Plate method:For the inhibition of E. coli killing effect, to suppress the role of Daphne root decoction to kill the strongest, is moderately sensitive. Skullcap and ointment metronidazole low sensitivity, skullcap ointment stronger than metronidazole. Interaction strength between the three drugs the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); the suppression kill Staphylococcus aureus, the best action to metronidazole, skullcap ointment followed, are highly sensitive. Daphne root decoction is moderately sensitive, weaker than before the role of the two, between the three drugs was significant (P<0.05) differences in potency.Different concentrations of water from root decoction of contrast Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus suppression killing effect of a concentration of 0.6g/ml of Daphne root decoction antibacterial best, significantly different concentrations statistically significant difference (P<0.05).Conclusion:Daphne root water decoction of E. coli and S. aureus were significantly inhibited and killed effect; concentration of 0.6g/ml of water from root decoction of Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli kill suppression effect best; 0.6 g/ml from root decoction inhibitory effect on E. coli kill stronger than skullcap ointment and metronidazole injection,0.6g/ml from root decoction inhibited and killed Staphylococcus aureus on weaker skullcap ointment and metronidazole injection.
