Objective:To investigate the effect and analysis of different surgical methods in the treatment of hepatic bile duct stone disease, and find out the best surgical treatment plan.Methods:in January 2013 and 2015 December in the First Affiliated Hospital of Kunming Medical University, collected the clinical data of 60 cases of intrahepatic bile duct stone patients, including 25 males,35 females, ranging in age from 23 to 76 year old, average (52.3±10.2) years. All patients were primary liver bile duct stone patients, including 35 cases of left intrahepatic biliary calculi,17 cases of right intrahepatic biliary calculi,8 cases of bilateral intrahepatic biliary calculi.12 patients with different parts of the intrahepatic bile duct stricture. All patients were under informed consent, according to the different treatment were randomly divided into for treatment group I (partial liver resection surgery group) 33 cases and treatment group II (common bile duct incision) 27 cases, the clinical data of patients in the two groups after statistical analysis compared with no significant difference (P> 0.05), with comparability.Results:in this group,60 cases of the treatment of I group in the treatment was significantly better than the treatment group II, treatment group I stone residual rate and reoperation rate were significantly lower than the treatment group II. The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:it is the key to improve the curative effect of intrahepatic bile duct stone disease to make a correct judgment and choose the reasonable operation method.
