Impact Analysis For Smoking And Drinking On Health Risk And Suggestion For Policy

The healthy problem caused by smoking and drinking is widely concerned by international society. As one of the high consumption countries of tobacco and alcohol, China is deeply troubled by this problem. The Chinese government has tried to make a series of policies to control the popular trend, but the effects cannot be satisfied. And the only guidance of less-drinking has made the health status of drinkers more worrying. So making the micro-healthy policy for solving the healthy problem related to smoking and drinking has been necessary. However, the micro-healthy promotion policy should be based on the specific and clear relationship between the health and its influence factors, which can made it more operable.As the influence factors of health, smoking and drinking are strongly relevant. In addition, some researches has been confirmed the interaction between them. So they are always been regarded as the same category of lifestyle and many researchers put them into the same researching dimension. Socioeconomic status is the important influence factor of smoking and drinking. On the basis of existing researches,smoking and drinking was the proximal influence factor of health, but the distal one was Socioeconomic status. So researching the effect of smoking and drinking on health based on the view of Socioeconomic status is the vital measure of making micro-healthy promotion policies. To the question, the foreign researches have gained many achievements, but the domestic researches have little and begin to study very late.Therefore, my research is based on the view of Socioeconomic status and adopts the way of combination between qualitative methods and quantitative methods. Firstly,based on summarizing the theory of social stratification, the influence trend of smoking and drinking on health in social epidemiology and influence mechanism of Socioeconomic status on health, establishing the structure equation model among Socioeconomic status, smoking and drinking and healthy risk. Secondly, selecting the urban population between 18 to 60(except for students in school), which from the data of CHNS, using AMOUS 21.0 to make model validation and choosing the method ofmaximum likelihood to make model fitting. At last, according to the modeling results,exploring the relationship among Socioeconomic status, smoking and drinking and health in the view of the whole samples and then analyzing the characteristics among different genders, geographic areas and ages, which can act as the specific and clear demonstration support on micro-healthy promotion policy-making and other healthy promotion actions followed by.
