Objective: To study the correlation between IL-10 of SAP and high altitude hypoxia environment. Methods: We injected sodium taurocholate to make a mice model in different altitude, and experimental mice were compared with littermate controls of the same genetic background. Finally, the rats were sacrificed by anesthetic overdose at the end of study period. We extract the abdominal aortic blood and removed lung and pancreatic tissue quickly for research. We take the arterial blood gas analysis(ABG), Haematoxylin and Eosin(H&E) staining and immunohistochemical(IHC) analysis. Data was processing by statistical analysis. Results: On the same altitude, the serum amylase increased along with the extension of time(p<0.05); All mice were induced to SAP but the sham operation. The serum amylase has change nothing with in different altitude from Xi’an to Wenquan. We found the IL-10 appeared in the cytoplasm of lung tissue by immunohistochemical of lung. The optical density of IL-10 increased according to the altitude(p<0.05).There was no expression of IL-10 in lung tissue in the sham operation. Conclusion: The damage of Lung injury induce by SAP aggravate with the increase of altitude. The level of IL-10 in lung tissue is positively correlated with the severity of acute pancreatitis and altitude.
