Objective:To evaluate the diagnostic value of dynamic contrast enhanced(DCE) scan time-intensity curve(TIC), DWI-ADC value and hydrogen proton magnetic resonance spectroscopy(1H-MRS) in the diagnosis of breast neoplasm.Methods: The DCE time-intensity curves、DWI-ADC value and 1H-MRS of 54 cases of breast neoplasms(25 benign and 29 malignant) confirmed by pathology in Qinghai People’s Hospital from July 2014 to July 2015 were analyzed. The sensitivity, specificity, accuracy of Time-intensity curves combines with ADC value(method A)、Time-intensity curves combines with ADC value and 1H-MRS(method B)to differentiate benign and malignant breast tumors, and the consistency of the two methods with pathological diagnosis was evaluated. Examinations were performed on 1.5 T units with a standard breast coil, contrast enhancement auto injector.Results: All cases were confirmed by postoperative pathology. The sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of combination of DCE-TIC and DWI-ADC value were 82.7%, 72.0% and 77.8%, respectively. The sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of combined DCE-TIC, DWI-ADC and 1H-MRS in the diagnosis of breast neoplasm were 89.6%, 88.0% and 88.9%, respectively. The Consistency parameter with pathologic diagnosis of method A, B was 0.551 and 0.777, respectively.Conclusion:1The DWI-ADC value of ROC analysis showed that ADC diagnostic threshold is 1.235×10-3mm2/s, the diagnosis of ADC of breast lesions has high capacity. 2Dynamic contrast-enhanced TIC combines with DWI-ADC gave a good diagnostic sensitivity,but the specificity is not ideal.3The diagnostic performance of combined application of Dynamic contrast-enhanced TIC、DWI-ADC values and MRS is superior to that of the combined application of Dynamic enhanced TIC and DWI-ADC values, and the consistency with the pathological diagnosis is good.
