The Effects Of IL-1β Expression By Yin Chen Hao Decoction (YCHD) On Hepatic Fibrosis Model Rats

Object: Study the characteristics change of IL-1β expression in the process of cirrhosis and the effective of Yin Chen Hao Decoction,as well as the therapeutic effect of Yin Chen Hao Decoction. Methods:In this study, 89 healthy male SD rats were randomly classified into normal compared group,model group and YCHD intervention group.Test the IL-1β expression and level of AST,ALT in serum of every group in each weekend. Observe liver histopathology by hematoxylin eosin. Results: 1. The variation of IL-1β,ALT and AST concentrationThe concentration of IL-1β,ALT and AST of the second weekend model group was high than the first weekend(P<0.05). The concentration of IL-1β,ALT and AST of the third weekend model group was higher than he second weekend(P<0.05). The concentration of IL-1β,ALT and AST among the third,the fourth and fifth weekend model group had no significant difference(P>0.05). The concentration of IL-1β,ALT and AST between the second and the first weekend of intervention group had no significant difference(P>0.05). The first weekend of intervention group was lower than the first weekend of model group(P<0.05). The second weekend of intervention group was lower than the second weekend of model group(P<0.05). 2. Liver HistopathologyLiver histopathology of normal group had no significant change every week;The changes of liver histopathology of model group rats from first weekend to fifth weekend were characterized with inflammation, fatty degeneration,ballooning degeneration,necrocytosis,fibrous septa formed and pseudolobule formed.The changes of liver histopathology of intervention group rats at the first weekend were characterized with hyperplasia and no pseudolobule formed.The score of intervention group was lower than model group(P <0.05). Conclusion:IL-1β have related to the liver cirrhosis formation. Yin Chen Hao Decoction can obviously inhibit the IL-1β expression.Yin Chen Hao Decoction can obviously protect the liver from the damage.Yin Chen Hao Decoction can obviously inhibit the development of hepatic fibrosis. Yin Chen Hao Decoction inhibition the hepatic fibrosis may be associated with IL-1β.
