A Clinical Comparative Analyze On Shang Ring Circumcision And Traditional Circumcision

Objective:To compare and analyze the curative effect and complications of Chinese Shang Ring circumcision with traditional circumcision. Methods:Clinical patients of 169 cases who were undergone circumcision in Affiliated Hospital of Qinghai University from October 2014 to December 2015 were selected and divided into two group,90 patients accepted the Shang Ring circumcision were the Shang Ring group,and 79 patients accepted traditional circumcision were the traditional group.There was no statistical difference in age and foreskin status between the two groups(P>0.05),All cases of the Shang Ring group were put the inner ring outside the foreskin,which was the formal methods of Chinese Shang Ring circumcision,cases of the traditional group choose conventional circumcision and electrocoagulation were used for hemostasia.Comparisons were made between the two groups on operation time,operation hemorrhage,postoperative complications and postoperative satisfaction. Results:1.The operation time and operation hemorrhage in the Shang Ring group were better than those in the traditional group( P < 0.05).2.Rates of postoperative hemorrhage, wound disruption,malformation union and chalaza crosses short in the Shang Ring group were lower than these in the traditional group(P<0.05);But there was no statistical difference in Postoperative infection and incision edge edema between the two groups(P>0.05).3.The Shang Ring group had a higher appearance satisfaction rate(P<0.05). Conclusions:Shang Ring circumcision has an absolute advantage than traditional circumcision in shorter operative time,less operation hemorrhage,lower complication rate and higher appearance satisfaction rate.
