Objective:We evaluated the curative effects of catheter-directed thrombolysis method in treating patients with acute deep venous thrombosis(ADVT). Meanwhile, we compare therapeutic effects of atheter-directed thrombolysis method and systemic thrombolytic method in treating ADVT.Method:60 patients(male 29, female 31)who diagnosed with acute deep venous thrombosis with the ages from 19 to 71 years(mean 52 years) participated in our study. Patients were randomly divided into group A(31 cases, experimental group) and B(29 cases, control group). For group A, there were 31 patients that treated with catheter thrombolysis method. For group B, 29 patients were treated with systemic thrombolysis method. In addition, A and B were given the same daily dosage of urokinase except the a different method of their administration. Patients in A group were assisted by the help of ultrasound-assisted intervention or ventricular angiography catheter-assisted thrombolysis method to pump urokinase. In contrast, Patients in group B were peripherally administered the urokinase intravenously. A and B groups were given conventional anticoagulants heparin, and heparin dosage were adjustment based on patient APTT. We also daily monitors the blood coagulation function of APTT, D- dimer(DD),INR before and after administration. Meanwhile, we measured the patella 15 cm thigh circumference and crus circumference daily on the limb before and after treatment. All the data above were recorded data through the whole process.Result: There were no cerebral hemorrhage, pulmonary infarction, gastrointestinal bleeding, blood in the stool and other complications happened during our study. A and B groups are small collections with measurable data and were described as mean ± standard deviation(X ± SD).All the statistical analysis were performed with the software SPSS 20.0.Two groups were tested by using two-sample t-test and P value less than 0.05 were considered significance. We calculated the group A and B respectively according to the patella 15 cm thigh circumference and cruscircumference and circumference changes of their size before and after treatment. The value of the P were less than 0.05, and there were significance between these two groups. Conclusion: 1 The catheter thrombolysis and systemic thrombolysis methods were effective in treating acute deep venous thrombosis 2 Catheter thrombolysis method exerts better effects than systemic thrombolysis method in treating acute deep venous thrombosis...
