The Expression And Correlation Of RASSF1A And CyclinA2 In Primary Gallbladder Carcinoma

Objective: To research the express condition, the relationship with the clinical biological behavior and the correlation between RASSF1 A and Cyclin A2 in primary gallbladder.Methods: Have been collected 40 cases of primary gallbladder and 40 cases of cholecystitis by Surgical removal of the Qinghai Provincial People’s Hospital.By SV three-step method,to get the expression condition of RASSF1 A and Cyclin A2 measured respectively in these tissues,and further analysis of the two express meaning and relevance between them.Results: According to the statistical data comparison in two groups,the results have significant differences.And the expression of in primary gallbladder with correlation.As C=-0.398.The expression of RASSF1 A have no significant influence with patient,s age, gender, and tumor differentiation degree. However, There are significant differences in the presence of adjacent organs, Lymph node metastasis,Nevin installment, TNM staging.Conclusion: 1)The abnormal expression of RASSF1 A and Cyclin A2 protein may participate in the process of gall bladder malignant transformation.2)The relationship between RASSF1 A with Cyclin A2 protein and gallbladder, can be used as the important index of primary gallbladder diagnosis.3)RASSF1A and Cyclin A2 protein have negative correlation in the gallbladder, may exist negative feedback regulation mechanism between them.
