Objective:Observation the effects of PRA.angI.angII and ALD level of expression of altitude erythrocytosis associated with proteinuriaonrenal function.Investigating the correlation of rennin-angiotensin-aldosterone system change and altitude erythrocytosis associated nephropathy.Statisticing the renal pathological features of altitude erythrocytosisassociated nephropathy,Affirming the altitude e-rythrocytosis associated nephropathy itself can led to renal damage.Method: Experimental design for a prospective study,Fitting into patients having a definitive diagnosis of altitude erythrocytosis associated nephropathy, and pure altitude erythrocytosis clinically of Qinghai University Affiliated Hospital in August 2014 to December 2015,For Inspection of PRA.angⅠ.angⅡ. ALD.Scr and RBC.HGB.HCT.Analysising and researching the level of RAS on altitude erythrocytosis associated nephropathy,At the same time describing the r enal biopsy pathology on altitude erythrocytosis associated nephropathy.Results:(1) The levels of PRA in suine position,AngI,angII and ALD of altitude erythrocytosis associated with proteinuria are higher than the group of altitude erythrocytosis(p<0.05).(2)24 h urine protein quantity and plasma PRA.ang Ⅰ. ang Ⅱ. ALD were positively correlated at altitude erythrocytosis associated with proteinuria(p<0.05).(3)The characteristics of renal biopsypathology diagnosis of altitude erythrocytosis associated with proteinuria generality :1.glomerular hypertrophy, diameter of 200-220 um;2.Proliferation of mesangial light to moderate, the capillarieswithin erythrocyte sedimentation or blood stasis,focalsegmental sclerosis, focal spherical glomerular sclerosis;3.Mild renal tubularatrophy and interstitial fibrosis;4、Hardening of the arteries 1 to 2 points.Conclusion : Rennin-angiotensin-aldosterone is high expression at altitude erythrocytosis associated with proteinuria,and increase with the increase of proteinuria.Altitude erythrocytosis can led to renal damage.Namely,High altitude polycythemia renal damage.
