To Observe The Curative Effect Of Lidocaine In The Treatment Of Sudden Deafness

Objective: 1 To investigate the effect of lidocaine for the treatment of sudden deafness. 2 The effect of lidocaine on the treatment of low frequency and high frequency decreased sudden deafness.Methods: The Department of ENT of Affiliated Hospital of Qinghai University inpatients met the diagnostic criteria, eligible patients of sudden deafness patients with a total of 107 cases(108ears) as the research object. Were randomly divided into 2 groups: 54 cases(55 ears) and the control group of 53 cases(53 ears). All the patients before treatment are required to improve the pure tone audiometry, two group patients except lidocaine other drugs and doses were equal and discharged 1 day before again pure tone threshold determination through the calculation efficiency of twice before and after the results of comparison, and the efficiency of the two groups were compared and analyzed. At the same time decrease of high frequency and low frequency in lidocaine group decreased the efficiency of calculation and comparative analysis.Results: 1. Lidocaine group treatment effective rate was 76.4%, the control group was 52.8%, the effective rate of chi square test, the chi square value was 6.555, P < 0.05, the difference was statistically significant. 2. The effective rate of lidocaine group of high frequency descent type of treating sudden deafness was 68.6%, low sudden deafness treatment effective rate was 90.0%.In the control group, the treatment efficiency was 42.3% and 63.0% respectively; two groups of patients, P < 0.05, the difference is statistically significant. However, in lidocaine group, the effective rate of high frequency descent type of treating sudden deafness was 68.6%, and the effective rate of low frequency descent type of treating sudden deafness was 90.0%, P>0.05, the difference was not statistically significant.Conclusion: 1 Lidocaine has a certain role in the treatment of sudden deafness. 2 Lidocaine can treat high-frequency descent type of sudden deafness and sudden deafness treated by low frequency descent type.
