With the rapid development of information technology,biomedical research areas has accumulated vast amounts of biomedical data in an unprecedented growth trend.And these data which contains immeasurable value has some characteristics of the huge volume of data,various data type and low density value.It is very difficult to describle complex relationship of these data using words from the perspective of biology.So visualization is very important to analyze biological data. Biological data can be displayed with a picture through the study of data visualization in an interactive way,this will reveal the internal complicated association of these data and will help researchers obtain effective information through multi-angle observation.There have been many data visualization and processing tools,which can provide some excellent ways for data analysis and information mining.These tools contain excel spreadsheet,google docs,statistical programming architecture(such as R and Pandas),open source software of visualization(Cytoscape),package of web visualization and so on.This paper will analyze biological pathway enriched by target protein of chemical component of Chinese medicine and give the visualization of web of biological pathway network through integrating databases of chemistry,pharmacy,disease,biochemical reaction,protein,gene and biological pathway.The thesis is mainly divided into the following three parts:(1) The construction of data warehouse:the downloading,understanding and data format conversion of the databases of chemistry,pharmacy,disease,biochemical reaction,protein,gene and biological pathway.(2) Design and implementation of algorithm:the analysis of biological pathway through design and implementation of hypergeometric distribution algorithm basesd on large integer calculation.(3) The visualization of biological pathway network:completing the visualization of biological pathway network based on D3.js.
