Cancer as a top priority for human life,and researchers have been studying cancer pathogenesis for decades.In the post-genome era,with the rapid development of various biotechnology and computer technology,various biological data also came to the outbreak period,the biological data of cancer also increased rapidly,the type of cancer biological data is also increasing rapidly.At the same time,the rapid development of computer technology,has gradually become a part of life science research is indispensable.In addition,the research perspective on cancer,which is caused by complex internal interactions in the life system,has shifted from the local to the whole.Massive cancer biological data,the rapid development of computer technology,and the shift in cancer research have provided researchers with an opportunity to use computer technology to integrate a variety of different cancer data sources from a variety of massive cancer data from a systematic perspective Explore its internal functional mechanisms.In this paper,we use computer technology to integrate multiple data sources to explore the pathogenesis of cancer from the perspective of the system.A number of studies have been carried out.The main work includes:(1)building on multi-source data based on cancer and Analysis of cancer networks.In view of the problem of the one-sidedness of the current data network of the cancer network,we can integrate the data sources of various network constructions,a variety of cancer data sources,provide a more comprehensive and accurate way of building cancer networks,and cancer network clustering from the system point of view Analysis function,gives an automated synthesis analysis of cancer network auxiliary tool system(SACNet).(2)Different from the local data from the relevant aspects of cancer pathogenesis,based on the construction of cancer network,a method of exploring the function of biomolecule in cancer network was given by using network clustering analysis and DAVID gene function cluster analysis tool.Based on 10 kinds of cancer networks,combined with differentiated cancer pathways and pathogenic genes,we constructed cancer common network and combined with GeneCards,and presented a method to explore the effect of internal biomolecule function on cancer pathogenesis,the results and the current mainstream of the pathogenesis of cancer echoes.(3)Different from other single-dimensional data analysis of cancer common and heterogeneity,based on multidimensional histological data of TCGA cancer,combined with DNA methylation differential analysis method,the common and heterogeneity of cancer in different species and different pathogenesis were analyzed.Given a method of analyzing the common and heterogeneity of cancer,correlation analysis reveals the presence and differentiation of common and heterogeneity between cancer in different pathogenesis and cancer in the same pathogenesis,and identifies multiple cancers of the important pathogenic genes.
