| Objectives: This study objective to investigate the value of single-port laparoscopic cholecystetomy from comparing the clinical outcomes of single-port with traditional laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Methods:The subjects of this study are 100 patients who received gallbladder surgery from general surgery of Second Clnical Medical College,Lanzhou University, from January 2014 to December 2014.The subjects were randomly divided into two groups, with 50 subjects undergoing the single-port laparoscopic cholecystectomy(single-port group), other 50 subjects undergoing the traditional laparoscopic cholecystectomy(traditional group). The clinical research includes operation time, the intraoperative blood loss, the postoperative mobidity, the hospitalization expenses and the the patients’ content. The results: There was no significantly differences in the operation time(70.4±20.5min vs66.8±16.1min,t=2.227,p=0.067), the intraoperative blood loss(23.7±9.5ml vs 22.1±8.2ml,t=0.187,p=0.698)and the rates of postoperative morbidity(1vs 2,χ2=0.344,p=0.558). In contrast, the clinical efficacy of single-port LC was better than one that traditional LC in the aspects of hospitalization expenses(7950±1125yuanvs 9580±1348yuan,t=2.912,p=0.007)and the the patients’ content(8.7±1.0 vs 7.2±1.0,t=3.219,p=0.003)Conclusion: Compared with traditional laparoscopic cholecystectomy, single-port laparoscopic cholecystectomy is safer, more effective, more feasible, causing little trauma. The most patient are inclined to receive the single-port LC. Therefore, the singe-port LC should be applied extensively. With the development of science and technology, the improvement of surgical instuments and accumulation of operating experience, single-port techniques would provide direction for the development of the more minimall surgery. |
