Objective:By observation to undergoing elective PCI in patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI) bone marrow hematopoietic stem cells in peripheral blood(ipads marrow- derived stem cells, BMSC), granulocyte colony stimulating factor(granulocyte colony stimulating factor, G-CSF), stromal cell derived factor(stromal cell- derived factor- 1 a,SDF- 1 a), discuss the effect and its influence on heart function in AMI.Methods:(AMI group) 20 cases AMI patients, patients with stable angina(CSA) group(SA) 20 patients and healthy people(control group), Peripheral blood(PB) samples were collected within 12 hours of the first symptoms and 30 days after in patients with myocardial infarction, in SA and control group during routine clinical follow-up visit, cells in the detection of peripheral blood CD34 + CXCR4 + cells level, method of enzyme linkedimmunosorbent(ELISA) to detect serum g-csf, SDF- 1 a level.Echocardiography was performed after admission to hospital(<12 hours of chest pain symptoms) and 30 days post discharge during the follow-up visit.Results:AMI group of peripheral blood CD34 + CXCR4 + cells after myocardial infarction(mi) levels were significantly higher than that of SA group(P < 0.05) and the control group(P < 0.05), while SA group and control group(P > 0.05), no significant differences between30 days after the three groups of similar level of CD34 + CXCR4 + cells.After myocardial infarction(AMI group serum G-CSF, SDF- 1 a levels were significantly higher than that of SA group(P < 0.05) and the control group(P < 0.05), while SA group and control group(P > 0.05), no significant differences between three groups of 30 days after the plasma g-csf, SDF- 1 a similar level.Level of CD34 + CXCR4 + cells and serum G-CSF, SDF- 1a levels were positively correlated CD34 + CXCR4 + cells level and LVEF obviously positive correlation;CD34 + CXCR4 + cells and Tn I significantly negative correlation.Conclusion:Number of AMI patients with bone marrow hematopoietic stem cells in peripheral blood increased, and G-CSF in plasma and positively related to the level of SDF- 1 a and are positively related with LVEF.Speculated that AMI body may plasma G-CSF, SDF- 1 a mobilization of bone marrow hematopoietic stem cells to repair damaged cardiac muscle,improve heart function.
