Objective: Through the detection department of urinary surgery of our hospital in recent years hospitalized renal cell carcinoma patients serum Ang2(angiogenin-2) expression, and to explore its clinical significance in renal cell cancer early diagnosis and prognosis judgement. Methods: From november 2014 to november 2015 in our hospital(Shanxi Medical University First Affiliated Hospital) meet the standard of renal cell carcinoma patients serum samples included 52 cases(experimental group), collected in the physical examination center of serum samples from healthy 20 cases(control group), the collection of main data including name, age, sex and tumor clinical staging. The inclusion criteria: 1. Patients in this group were in our hospital clinical diagnosis for renal tumor patients by clinical symptoms, signs and imaging manifestations), and were surgical treatment, postoperative pathology of renal cell carcinoma; 2. In this group of patients before diagnosis, surgery, chemotherapy, radiotherapy and other anti-tumor treatment, and no other system tumor diseases. No infection and inflammatory reaction and no family history of cancer. Specimens collected after, with enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) were detected in 52 cases of Ang2 in serum of patients with renal cell carcinoma of concentration and with the control group of 20 cases of healthy people serum Ang2 were compared and statistical methods for analysis of Ang2 expression levels and renal cell carcinoma patients with clinical staging of this relationship. Results: 1. Collected in our hospital with the inclusion criteria of 52 cases of Ang2 in serum of patients with renal cell carcinoma expression level(mean 135.65 + 54.78pg/ml) was significantly higher than that in the healthy controls(mean 62.01 + 4.77pg/ml) and the difference is obvious statistical significance(P < 0.001). 2.AJCC stage I and II renal cell carcinoma patients serum Ang2 concentration(mean 97.17 + 6.35pg/ml) to was significantly lower than that of the AJCC stage III and IV of the renal cell carcinoma patients serum Ang2 concentration(mean 208.35 + 19.16pg/ml) difference between the two groups has statistical significance(P < 0.001).Conclusion: The expression of Ang2 in sera of patients with renal cell carcinoma were significantly higher than those in healthy population, and Ang2 expression levels and renal cell carcinoma patients with clinical stage and clinical stage is late serum Ang2 expression level is higher than that of the early patients. Ang2 plays an important role in the occurrence, development and metastasis of renal cell carcinoma, and is closely related to tumor angiogenesis, and its high expression may suggest that the prognosis of patients with renal cell carcinoma is poor. Serum Ang2 may be a novel tumor marker with certain clinical value, and its expression level will be helpful to the early diagnosis and prognosis of renal cell carcinoma.
