Objective:With the development of the economy,accelerating the pace of life and growing healthy attitudes, occupational stress on occupational health hazards crowd has become the focus of attention of researchers. Occupational stress research in China is faced with serious challenges and new tasks, so establishing the Psychological assessment scale of occupational stress assessment and physiology evaluation index, perfecting systems theory model and evaluation system is a priority right now. This study investigated the occupational stress and job burnout situation of workers in a company in the city of Yangzhong, and cortisol, immunoglobulin G (IgG) in saliva and electrocardiogram (ECG) to obtain their distribution. To analyze the relationship of occupational stress and job burnout with salivary cortisol, IgG and abnormal ECG, and discuss salivary cortisol, IgG and electrocardiogram (ECG) as the possibility of occupational stress and burnout evaluation index. To provide a scientific basis for the identification and evaluation of occupational stress and job burnout.Methods:Random extract 237 on-the-job workers in some enterprise in Yangzhong city as our respondents, we obtained 186 effective samples in total. We tested the status of the factors of occupational stress, the reaction of occupational stress, the personality characteristics, the mitigation factors and job burnout through the occupational stress index scale and Maslach burnout questionnaire. We took Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay to test cortisol and the concentration of immune globulin in saliva. We used the model of ECG-6951E to check ECG, which is made in Shanghai. Data was analyzed using SPSS 18.0 package. We used single factor variance or t test to analyze the difference of the concentration of cortisol and IgG in saliva among different groups of demographic characteristics, occupational stress and job burnout. And adopted x2 test to analyze the difference of the abnormal rate of ECG among different groups of demographic characteristics, occupational stress and job burnout. And adopted partial correlation to analyze the relationship of occupational stress and job burnout with the concentration of cortisol and. And analyzed the effect that occupational stress and job burnout make to the concentration of cortisol and IgG in saliva using multivariate stepwise regression. And filtered the main factors, which affect the abnormal of ECG using multi-factor logistic regression analysis.Results:1.The job burnout positive rate of the employees in a company in Yangzhong city was 62.37%.2. According to the comparison results of difference of different groups of demographic characteristics with the concentration of salivary cortisol and IgG and the abnormal rate of ECG. The differences of different groups of demographic characteristics with the concentration of salivary cortisol had no statistical significance (P>0.05).>20 years group of workers, whose salivary IgG concentration was higher than that of≤15 years group of workers. The salivary IgG concentration in the long white group was higher than white night down shift group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The abnormal rate of ECG in different age groups was statistically significant (P<0.05),>50 years old group of workers had the highest abnormal rate of ECG.3. According to the comparison results of difference of different groups of occupational stress and job burnout with the concentration of salivary cortisol, the difference of the concentration of cortisol was statistically significant between high and low level groups of job control, job hazard, job responsibility and load (P<0.05). The difference of the concentration of cortisol was statistically significant between high and low level groups of daily stress (P<0.01). The difference of the concentration of cortisol had no statistical significance in different groups of personality traits (P>0.05). The difference of the concentration of cortisol had statistical significance between high and low level groups of superior support and job involvement (P<0.05).The difference of the concentration of cortisol had statistical significance between masculine and feminine groups of emotional exhaustion, depersonalization and job burnout (P<0.05).4. According to the comparison results of difference of different groups of occupational stress and job burnout with the concentration of salivary IgG, the difference of the IgG concentration was statistically significant between high and low level groups of job demands and job hazard (P<0.05). The difference of the IgG concentration was statistically significant between high and low level groups of Sense of mental health (P<0.01). The difference of the concentration of cortisol had statistical significance between high and low level groups of life attitude, behavior characteristics and organizational loyalty (P<0.05). The difference of the concentration of cortisol had statistical significance between high and low level groups of family support (P<0.01). The difference of the concentration of cortisol was statistically significant between masculine and feminine groups of depersonalization (P<0.05).5. According to the comparison results of difference of different groups of occupational stress and job burnout with the abnormal rate of ECG, the difference of the abnormal rate of ECG was statistically significant between high and low level groups of job hazard, job responsibility and load (P<0.01). The difference of the abnormal rate of ECG was statistically significant between high and low level groups of sense of mental health, physical complaints and daily stress(P<0.01). The difference of the abnormal rate of ECG had statistical significance between high and low level groups of ambition (P<0.01). The difference of the abnormal rate of ECG had statistical significance between high and low level groups of superior support, family and work relationships, and job involvement (P<0.01). The difference of the abnormal rate of ECG had statistical significance between masculine and feminine groups of emotional exhaustion, depersonalization, and job burnout (P<0.05).6. The results of partial correlation analysis of occupational stress and job burnout with the concentration of salivary cortisol and IgG showed, the concentration of salivary cortisol was positively correlated with job hazard, job responsibility and load, daily stress, ambition, superior support, emotional exhaustion, depersonalization and job burnout(P<0.05), but was negatively correlated with job control, job satisfication, sense of mental health, family and work relationship, job involvement(P<0.05). The concentration of salivary IgG was positively correlated with sense of mental health, life attitude, behavior characteristics, organization loyalty and task strategy (P<0.05), but was negatively correlated with job demands, job routinization, job propects, physical complaints, daily stress, work locus control, superior support, family support, emotional exhaustion, depersonalization and job bumout(P<0.05).7. The results of stepwise regression analysis with the concentration of salivary cortisol and IgG as the dependent variable showed, the concentration of salivary cortisol was mainly affected by job control, job responsibility and load, daily stress, ambition, superior support and depersonalization, which illustrated these factors were statistically significant predictors of salivary cortisol. The concentration of salivary cortisol was positively correlated with job responsibility and load, daily stress, ambition, superior support and depersonalization (P<0.01), and was negatively correlated with job control (P<0.05). The concentration of salivary IgG was mainly affected by job demands, sense of mental health, life attitude, work locus control, family support and emotional exhaustion, which illustrated that these factors significantly predict the concentration of salivary IgG. The concentration of salivary IgG was positively correlated with sense of mental health and life attitude (P<0.01),and was negatively correlated with job demands, work locus control, family support and emotional exhaustion (P<0.05).8. The results of multi-factor logistic regression analysis with whether ECG was abnormal as to the dependent variable showed, age was positively correlated with the abnormal rate of ECG(OR=1.076, P=0.013), sense of mental health, family and work relationships were negatively correlated with the abnormal rate of ECG (OR=0.356, P=0.017; OR=0.341,P=0.09).Conclusions:Job burnout caused by occupational stress is more serious in the company workers in Yangzhong city. The concentration of salivary cortisol increased with the rising of occupational stress and job burnout degree. The concentration of salivary IgG reduced with the rising of occupational stress and job burnout degree. Occupational stress and job burnout have correlation with ECG. With the increasement of occupational stress and job burnout degree, the abnormal rate of ECG increased. The concentration of salivary cortisol and IgG, and ECG can as the possibility of objective evaluation index, but need to do further research.
