Statistical analysis was carried on.Result:(1) Treatment group total effectiveness 91.1%, control group total effective rate 70.5%,the treatment group curative effect is significantly higher than the control group(P < 0.05).(2) In improving the abdominal pain, abdominal distention, diarrhea, Purulent blood mucus and the tenesmus, etc was much Significantly higher the control group(P < 0.05).(3) Two groups after treatment in patients with intestinal, systemic symptom was obviously improved the; In the aspect of emotional ability, social ability no difference between the two groups.(4) Colonoscopy mucous membrane histologic improvement: the treatment group effective rate was 88.2%; the control group, effective rate was 70.5% in treatment group colonoscopy curative effect is better than that of control group, difference has statistical significance(P < 0.05).(5) The incidence of adverse reactions: treatment group, the incidence of adverse reactions was 5.8%, the control group was 14.7%, two groups compare the incidence of adverse reactions, statistically significant difference(P < 0.05).Conclusion: total efficiency on Gegen Qinlian Decoction and Yi Gong Powder flavored in treating of Dampness-heat of large intestine Ulcerative Colitis was better than western medicine group. In the gut, systemic symptom improvement is better than that in control group; In emotion, social ability has no obvious difference with control group, and no side effect and allergic reaction.indicating that the Gegen Qinlian Decoction and Yi Gong Powder flavored was efficient, can be used in practice and promotion.
