Objective: This study by observing the distribution laws of TCM syndrome types, tongue and pulse condition of portal hypertension gastropathy, Analyzing the relations among gastroscopic presentation, Cirrhosis of the course, Helicobacter pylori and Portal hypertension g-astropathy, Provide a relatively objective basis for clinical diagnosis treats, and preliminary f-or portal hypertension gastropathy joint lay the foundation of traditional Chinese medicine and modern medicine. Methods: This study through the way of clinical epidemiological investigation,Collected the clinical data of 90 patients with PHG, such as age, gender, symptom, TCM syndrome types, tongue and pulse condition, and gastroscopy in order to make clear its unity microscopically, perfect the case data and carries on the statistical analysis, syndrome of TCM refer to the Cirrhosis of the liver consensus combine traditional Chinese and western medicine diagnosis and treatment that is Disease of digestive system by the Chinese society of combining traditional Chinese and western medicine professional committee revised in2011. PHG syndrome type includes 6 kinds, such as liver qi stagnation, water dampness syndrome, damp heat syndrome, spleen deficiency syndrome, liver kidney yin deficiency, blood stasis syndrome; In the course of the study, all participating researchers were unified training, Clinical data collection process has a clear quality control; Statistical analysis:Input data into computer and to establish a database, application of SPSS 17.0 statistical analysis software after sorting data, And research from all aspects of PHG TCM syndrome types, lingual arteries and veins and performance under gastroscope.Results:(1)TCM syndrome type and performance under gastroscope:TCM syndrome types in the order:heat-damp Syndrome27(30.0%)>blood-stasis obstruction syndrome 16(17.8%)>liver-qi stagnation syndrome16(17.8%)>spleen Yang-deficiency 12(13.3%)>syndrome of internal stagnation of fluid-dampness 11(12.2%)>deficiency syndrome of both liver and kidney yin 8(8.9%); Proportion of PHG mild in the order: Heat-Damp Syndrome 20(22.2%)>iver-qi stagnation syndrome12(13.3%)>blood-stasis obstruction syndrome11(12.2%)>spleen yang-deficiency 9(10.0%)>syndrome of internal stagnation of fluid-dampness 8(8.9%)>deficiency syndrome of both liver and kidney yin 6(6.7%); The proportion of severe PHG:heat-da-mp Syndrome 7(7.8%)>blood-stasis obstruction syndrome 5(5.6%)>iver-qi stagnation syndrome 4(4.4%)>syndrome of internal stagnation of fluid-dampness 3(3.3%)>spleen yang-deficiency 3(3.3%)>deficiency syndrome of both liver and kidney yin 2(2.2%); Edema, erosion, bleeder, congestion is: the congestion(66 cases)>erosion(61 cases)>edema(52 cases)>bleeder(47 cases); Esophageal varices: mild 39(43.4%)>moderate 30(33.3%)>severe 18(20.0%)>no3(3.3%); Gastric varices:no 39(43.4%)>GOV1 25(27.8%)>GOV2 20(21.1%)>GOV3 6(6.6%)>IGV1 1(1.1%).(2)Tongue and gastroscope performance relationship: tongue is: red tongue 31(34.4%), pink tongue 12(13.3%), pale white tongue11(12.2%), violet deep 10(11.1%),plump tongue 8(8.9%), deep-red tongue 7(7.8%), ecehymosis 6(6.7%), itooth-marked tongue5(5.6%); Mild PHG tongue:red tongue 26(28.9%)>pink tongue 9(10.0%)>rviolet deep 7(7.8%)>pale white tongue 7(7.8%)>plump tongue 5(5.6%)>ecehymosis 4(4.4%)>itooth-marked tongue 4(4.4%)>deep-red tongue 4(4.4%); Severe:red tongue 5(5.6%)>pale white tongue 4(4.4%)>rviolet deep 3(3.3%)>pink tongue 3(3.3%)>plump tongue 3(3.3%)>deep-red tongue 3(3.3%)>ecehymosis 2(2.2%)>itooth-marked tongue 1(1.1%); The tongue coating:yellow and greasy fur 30(33.3%)>thin and white fur 23(25.6%)>slippery fur 16(17.8%)>moist fur7(7.8%)>Less fur 7(7.8%)>thin and yellow fur 4(4.4%)>exfoliative fur 3(3.3%); The mild and severe PHG coating, main order is:yellow and greasy fur >thin and white fur >slippery fur >moist fur >Less fur>thin and yellow fur>exfoliative fur.(3)The relationship of performance under gastroscope and Pulse:The main pulse condition:wiry slippery pulse 19(21.1%)>taut pulse 16(17.8%)>thready weak pulse 11(12.2%)>Veinlets and unsmooth pulse 11(12.2%)>deep and thready pulse 9(10.0%)>slippery pulse 8(8.9%)>count pulse 5(5.6%)>gaseous pulse5(5.6%)>heavy pulse 3(3.3%)>thready pulse 3(3.3%); PHG for mild pulse:taut pulse>wiry slippery pulse>thready weak pulse>veinlets and unsmooth pulse>deep and thready pulse>slippery pulse>thready pulse>count pulse>gaseous pulse>heavy pulse; Severe pulse:wiry slippery pulse>taut pulse>thready weak pulse>veinlets and unsmooth pulse>Slippery pulse>deep and thready pulse>gaseous pulse>count pulse>heavy pulse>hready pulse.(4)The relationship of Hp and TCM syndrome type of PHG, tongue coating and degree of illness:TCM syndrome type of Hp infection:heat-damp Syndrome 20(22.2%)>blood-stasis obstruction syndrome14(15.6%)>spleen yang-deficiency 7(7.8%)>liver-qi stagnation syndrome 6(6.7%)>syndrome ofinternal stagnation of fluid-dampness 5(5.6%)>deficiency syndrome of both liver and kidney yin 4(4.4%);The distribution of tongue Hp infection:yellow and greasy fur 20(22.2%)>thin and white fur 17(18.9%)>slippery fur 8(8.9%)>moist fur 4(4.4%)>less fur 4(4.4%)>exfoliative fur 2(2.2%)>thin and yellow fur 1(1.1%);Hp negative and positive rate of PHG in mild:29(32.2%), 37(41.1%),severe:5(5.6%), 19(21.1%).Conclusions: Portal hypertension gastropathy TCM syndrome, tongue like, pulse and endoscopic edema, erosion, hyperemia, hemorrhage and mucosal has certain correlation, At the same time, they also has many relationship with Esophageal varices, gastric varices, the weight of the PHG degree. Hp is one of the factors, which affect the degree of PHG illness weight.
