Objective:1.To evaluate the curative effect of the Potassium Pehydroandrographolide Succinate for Injection(PPSI) with NB-UVB in the treatment of blood-heat type psoriasis(psoriasis vulgaris in active stage), by setting the Compound Glycyrrhizin Injection(CGI) as control;2.To compare serum IL-17 and IL-22 level before and after treatment mentioned above, and to explore the possible mechanism of the therapies;3.To compare the serum IL-17 and IL-22 level between blood-heat type psoriatic patients and healthy control, and to investigate whether the interleukins relate to the pathogenesis of blood-heat type psoriasis;4. To investigate the correlation between PASI score, serum IL-17 and IL-22 level, and to judge whether serum IL-17 or IL-22 level correlates with severity of psoriasis, and whether serum IL-17 level correlates with IL-22.Method:The inclusion and exclusion criteria were made, and selected 60 patients were enrolled into the research. The patients were randomly divided into therapeutic group and control group which contains 30 patients respectively. Both of the groups were treated with calcipotriol ointment(topical use, twice a day) and NB-UVB(once every two days), besides the therapeutic group was treated with the PPSI(240mg, intravenous drip, once daily), and control group was treated with the CGI(60ml, intravenous drip, once daily). PASI score was calculated and vein blood sample was taken before treatment and after treatment for 10 days. 10 healthy individuals’ vein blood samples were taken as healty control group. The serum of all the blood samples were isolated and stored in-80℃ refrigerator. All the serum IL-17 and IL-22 level was detected by ELISA.Results:1.56 patients finished the treatment plan(29 in therapeutic group and 27 in control group),10 healthy individuals’ serum samples was collected as healthy control group;2.The PASI score before treatment were higher than after treatment(P<0.05);3.The serum IL-17 and IL-22 level before treatment were higher than after treatment(P<0.05);4.No liner correlation was found between PASI score and IL-17 level or IL-22 level(P>0.05);5.Positive correlation was found between IL-17 and IL-22 level in patients’ serum before treatment(P<0.05);6.Patients’ s IL-17 and IL-22 level is higher than healthy control group(P<0.05).Conclusions:1.The PPSI and CGI respectively with NB-UVB and calcipotriol ointment are effective in treatment of blood-heat type psoriasis, and the effects of the two therapies are equivalent;2.The PPSI and CGI repectively with NB-UVB partly exert therapeutic effects by reducing serum IL-17 and IL-22 level in the treatment of blood-heat type psoriasis;3.IL-17 may corelates with IL-22 in the pathogenesis of blood-heat type psoriasis, and both of the interleukins are relevant to the pathogenesis;4.Serum IL-17 and IL-22 level do not corelate with the severity of blood-heat type psoriasis.
