Clinical Study Of Treating Vascular Cognitive Impairment No Dementia With BuNaoGao Combined Folic Acid And Vitamin B12

Objective: This study was designed to brain paste Folic Acid, non- vascular dementia cognitive impairment( VCIND) clinical study of vitamin B12 treatment, objective evaluation of brain paste joint folic acid, vitamin B12 treatment VCIND efficacy and safety further explore treatment VCIND for clinical reasonable treatment VCIND provide a theoretical basis.Methods: from January 2015 to November 2015 VCIND patients Gansu Province Chinese medicine hospital outpatient comply with the study inclusion criteria of 63 cases. In randomized controlled principle, patients will be randomly assigned into the treatment group,31 cases( one case of loss), the control group of 32 patients( falling two cases), the treatment group : brain paste + folic acid and vitamin B12 + basic treatment, control group :Nemo horizon sheet + folic acid and vitamin B12 + basic treatment, the treatment period was3 months. In Mo CA scale, MMSE scale, SDSVD scale, event-related potentials P300,homocysteine(Hcy), respectively, the efficacy of the two groups were evaluated.Results: After treatment, results showed : Mo CA score higher in the treatment group,and between the two groups were statistically significant in the group, The effective rate :83.3% in the treatment group, the control group, 63.3%; MMSE scores than the control treatment group group within the group and between groups were statistically significant, the effective rate : 86.6% in treatment group and control group 60.0%; SDSVD scores in treatment group than the control group, there were significant differences between the group and the group, the effective rate : 90.0% in the treatment group, the control group, 46.6%;Hcy levels of the treatment group than the control group, and between the two groups were statistically significant in the group; P300 latency time of the treatment group than the control group shortened within the groups inter were significant differences; P300 amplitude decrease in treatment group than the control group, and between the two groups were statistically significant in the group. These results suggest that brain paste joint folic acid,vitamin B12 treatment VCIND patients with significant effect.Conclusion: 1. Bunao cream joint folic acid, vitamin B12 and folic acid combined with nimodipine, has a definite clinical efficacy VCIND vitamin B12 treatment, but brain paste group advantage.2. Bunao cream folic acid and vitamin B12 joint intervention by the P300 latency, amplitude and Hcy levels, which play a therapeutic role VCIND, which may be one mechanism of action.
