| Objective: To realize the knowledge,attitude and practice of junior clinical nurses regarding pressure ulcer care to provide reference for gauge pressure ulcer care training and improve quality of care. And to explore the influence factors of KABP of pressure ulcer care in junior clinical nurses.Method: In total of 232 nurses in the first affiliated hospital of Shi hezi University were investigated with a questionnaire about knowledge,attitude and behavior of pressure ulcer which was gotten a good reliability and validity of certification.Before the Survey, we need nursing department and the head nurses of office to cooperate and assist. According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria make choices about nurses strictly.For cooperation of head nurses’,we need explaining the significance and target of this study before the data collection.then conduct an investigation while head nurses’ agree with it.A questionnaire using unified instructions, avoid use words have instructive and personal bias..Checking the questionnaire immediately after take it back,if in doubt, check it in time.Via the questionnaire of knowledge,attitude,practice of clinical junior nurses towards nursing of pressure ulcer to survey the 232 nurses of Corps hospital,an-d descriptive,ANOVA,multiple linear regression analysis of the survey results.Results:1.The score of nurses about knowledge of pressure ulcers was(105.11±33.37),and the accuracy rate was71.12%.The score of attitude was(42±4.55).The score of behavior was(52.05±10.02).2.Nurses with different department,professional title, pressure ulcer nursing experience and training experience of pressure ulcer have significant difference(P< 0.05).Nurses with different gender,age,work seniority,education back ground and nursing level showed no statistically significant(P>0.05).3.A lot of clinical junior nurses do not know “which part are prone to pressure ulcers”,and “what the theory of wound healing people advocated at present”,and the accuracy rate was less than 60%.4.The professional title,age,married,responsible for the occurred of pressure ulcer in patients,whether or not received training of pressure ulcer were the influencing factors of the score of nurses about knowledge of pressure ulcers.Department and responsible for the occurred with adverse events about pressure ulcers in patients were the influencing factors of pressure ulcer attitude scores.Age,education background,responsible for the occurred of pressure ulcer in patients was the influencing factors of pressure ulcer treatment score(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Nurse Administrators should combine with clinical cases to strengthen the training of pressure ulcer nursing knowledge of jounior nurses.2.Keep a good pressure ulcer care attitude,and correct bad pressure ulcer care attitude.3.Enhance forecast nursing behavior of pressure ulcer of jounior nurses,and using pressure ulcer risk assessment scales in a reasonable way.4.Enhance the level of knowledge-attitude-belief-practice of jounior nurses,and Strengthen the basic nursing and improve nursing quality. |
