Objective: Through different bone mineral density in patients with type 2 diabetes patients, the serum levels of cytokines RANKL and OPG in patients with bone mineral density values, analysis of cell factors on sensitivity and specificity in early diagnosis of diabetic osteoporosis, explore cytokines RANKL and OPG in type 2 diabetic value for early diagnosis of osteoporosis.Methods:1. Collected in February 2014- December 2015 in the first affiliated hospital of xinjiang shihezi university hospital endocrinology in patients with type 2 diabetes. According to the result of dual-energy X-ray absorptiometry(check the object of study is divided into T2 DM and bone mass normal group, T2 DM and bone mass group, cuts T2 DM group and osteoporosis. Record its to test materials, including gender,age, height, weight, waist circumference, hip circumference, the general clinical baseline data such as duration of diabetes, according to the formula to calculate body mass index(BMI).2. Determination of fasting blood glucose, fasting C peptide and insulin, blood calcium, phosphorus, serum cholesterol,triglyceride and biochemical indexes such as, high pressure liquid phase method determination of glycosylated hemoglobin(Hb A1c), calculate the indexes of insulin resistance(HOMA IR).3.Using the ELISA method and the corresponding kit to detect serum OPG and RANKL.4. Using SPSS17.0 statistical software for data processing. Using the receiver operating characteristic curve(receiver operating characteristic curve, the ROC) analysis of concentration of OPG and RANKL concentration in the diagnosis of osteoporosis.Result:1. Diabetic osteopenia group compared with normal bone mass group, OPG and RANKL statistical differences(P < 0.05), the concentration of OPG osteopenia group was obviously increased. 2.OPG and RANKL grouping after binary logistic regression(enter: 0.05, excluding: 0.10), age and the influence factors of OPG is bone mass in patients with normal or not(P < 0.05). 3. The application of the receiver operating characteristic curve(receiver operating characteristic curve, the ROC) analysis of concentration of OPG and RANKL concentration in the diagnostic value of bone loss, concentration of OPG osteopenia has certain diagnostic value, concentration of RANKL osteopenia is no diagnostic value. 4.Age, gender, BMI, course of the disease, insulin resistance index proportion of bone mass group differences statistically significant(P < 0.05), while glycosylated protein, testosterone, estradiol,triglyceride, cholesterol, blood calcium and PTH proportion to their bone mass group differences have no statistical significance(P > 0.05).Conclusion: OPG for diabetes type 2 diabetic osteoporosis have early diagnosis value.
