| Parkinson’s Disease Mild Cognitive Impairment(PD-MCI) is a cognitive dysfunction syndrome, which has minimal effect of the decline on day-to-day functioning and the absence of dementia,has value of predicting the development of dementia.As diagnostic criteria of PD-MCI was put forward by Movement Disorder Society, a series of studies provide new views on the occurence and development of PD-MCI by applying this criteria. In addition, a series of studies also preliminary evaluate the rationality of this diagnostic criteria.This article reviews the epidemiology and risk factorã€subtype characteristicã€diagnosisã€prognosisã€treatment of PD-MCI. PD-MCI has a relative high morbidity and lots of presentations in cognitive impairment which may be linked to different pathological change.As lacking of effective treatment measures at present,there is a need for further research in clinical manifestations and pathogenesis of PD-MCI in order to early diagnose and intervene. |
