In the present study, it was comprehensively reviewed about extraction, purification, distribution, classification, structure and physiology and pharmacology activity of glycoalkaloids from potato. With the green paper of raw potato as the material of experiment, the effects of different extraction methods and conditions, different solvents on the content of glycoside extracted alkaloid was analyzed. In addition, thin-layer chromatography was employed for its purification. Besides, in the present study, anti-bacterial activity of solanine and chaconine alone or mixing has been discussed, in order to further understanding the natural evolution of plant resistance to foreign invasion, so we can make better use of natural resources, drawing on natural law, then the benefit of human society has laid a theoretical foundation.By comparison, the ultrasonic extraction is the best method compared with other two ways. The crude samples up to 0.0897g/g and glycoside alkaloid content of up to 5.91mg/g through the ultrasonic extraction. Compared with other methods, it has the following advantages: time short, content high. The strong ultrasonic vibration generated by the acceleration of the moving speed of the material to the inside of the molecular energy transfer system, the process of solute into the solvent is accelerated, so that the extraction effect is significantly improved.Through the optimization of ultrasonic assisted extraction process parameters glycoalkaloids. Results showed that glycoalkaloids optimum extraction parameters were:extraction temperature 35 ℃, extraction time 35 min, ultrasonic power 150 W and volume fraction of 30% acetic acid, then potato glycoalkaloids highest content of 3.19%. Ultrasonic assisted extraction potato glycoalkaloids compared with the traditional method is simple and saves time. The different volume ratio of ethyl acetate-methanol and chloroform-methanol was comprehensively estimated and compared on glycoalkaloids expanded. The results showed that ethyl acetate-ethanol as the mobile phase, the volume ratio of 60:40 is the best ratio of developing solvent. The number of expanding was three of components. Selection of chloroform-methanol solvent system, the best ratio of 2: 1, expand for six.Effects of different agents in the order of elution, chloroform methanol2%ammonia>n-butanol>ethyl acetate 95% ethyl alcohol 28% ammonia>methanol>ethyl acetate 95% ethyl alcohol 2%ammonia>ethyl acetate 95% ethyl alcohol 2%ammonia> ethyl acetate 95% ethyl alcohol 10%ammonia>water. Among them, the chloroform-methanol-2%ammonia to divide the expand group into five parts.Through inhibition experiments, the results showed that all test groups from low to high concentration of the mixed ratio of 7:3, a mixture of test of solanine and chaconine on bacteriagrowth inhibition rates are equivalent to each glycoalkaloids. But synergistic effect did not revealed. The ratio of 1: 1 on solanine and chaconine also had the same result.Synergistic effect can reduce the cost of the plant metabolism, lower concentrations of the compound produces a stronger defensive role, but also can enhance the stability of the evolution of resistant pathogenic bacteria to avoid leaving the plant tolerance or resistance to a particular compound. So, whether from the point of view of mankind or ecological, we must be further explore the antibacterial of glycoalkaloids, in order to understand what conditions is effect, what fungi is the aim. And wether the glycoalkaloids to other living organisms plays synergies effect. Thereby, these problem must be solved in the future.
