Objective: Explore the high risk factors of postoperative complications of ERCP. Methods: Analysis of 846 patients who received ERCP treatment in hospital form November 2012 to September 2015 were retrospectively investigated by univariate and Logistic regression analysis method. Results: Among of the 846 cases of patients, 83 cases(9.811%) were accompanied with hyperamylasemia, 5 cases for diagnostic ERCP, 78 cases of therapeutic ERCP; 15 cases(1.773%) were accompanied with pancreatitis(PEP), 4 cases for diagnostic ERCP, 11 cases of therapeutic ERCP; 16 cases(1.891%) were accompanied with biliary hemorrhage, 16 cases were all for therapeutic ERCP; 40 cases(4.728%) were accompanied with biliary tract infection, 40 cases were all for therapeutic ERCP; no concurrent patients with gaslrointestinal perforation. After Logistic regression analysis to consider the risk factors of hyperamylasemia are: sex, nipple difficult intubation, visualization of whole pancreatic duct; the risk factors of biliary hemorrhage are: history of pancreatitis. Not found the risk factors of pancreatitis. All of PEP are mild pancreatitis, after internal comprehensive hospital were recovered after treatment. All of biliary hemorrhage patients were recovered after conservative treatment or endoscopic hemostatic treatment discharged from hospital. Conclusions: 1. The highest rate of ERCP early postoperative complication is hyperamylasemia;2. Women, nipple difficult intubation, visualization of whole pancreatic duct is independent risk factors of hyperamylasemia;3. The risk factors of biliary hemorrhage are: history of pancreatitis.
