Objective: one:To Explore the changes of cutaneous nerve fiber density and microvascular density in normal people living in different altitudes, and the correlation between them. two: Explore the changes of cutaneous nerve fiber density and microvascular density in type 2 diabetic patients living in xining city by skin nerve biopsy and diabetic peripheral neuropathy can be diagnosised as soon as possible. Methods: one:To healthy people living in Shanximei county(elevation 450m) were selected as low altitude group. 70 healthy people living in Xining city(elevation 2,260m) were selected as moderate altitude group. 70 healthy people living in Yushu county(elevation 3,924m) were selected as high altitude group. The age of the normal people were between 40- 60 years old. Their cutaneous nerve fiber density value and microvascular density value were determined respectively. two:49 diabetic patients were selected as symptomatic group. 46 diabetic patients were selected as asymptomatic group. Their cutaneous nerve fiber density value and microvascular density value were determined respectively. Results: one: 1 Low altitude group cutaneous nerve fiber density is higher than moderate altitude group(p<0.05),and moderate altitude group cutaneous nerve fiber density is higher than high altitude group(p<0.05).2Low altitude group microvessel density is higher than moderate altitude group(p<0.05), and moderate altitude group microvessel density is higher than high altitude group(p<0.05). 3Low altitude group of cutaneous nerve fiber density was positively related with microvascular density(r=0.568,p<0.568), and moderate group of cutaneous nerve fiber density was positively related with microvascular density(r=0.750, p<0.05), and high altitude group of cutaneous nerve fiber density was positively related with microvascular density(r=0.837,p<0.05).two: 1 Healthy group cutaneous nerve fiber density is higher than asymptomatic group(p<0.05), and asymptomatic group cutaneous nerve fiber density is higher than symptomatic group(p<0.05). 2Healthy group microvessel density is higher than asymptomatic group(p<0.05), and asymptomatic group microvessel density is higher than symptomatic group(p<0.05). 3Healthy group of cutaneous nerve fiber density was positively related with microvascular density(r=0.750,p<0.05), and asymptomatic group of cutaneous nerve fiber density was positively related with microvascular density(r=0.510,p<0.05), and symptomatic group of cutaneous nerve fiber density was positively related with microvascular density(r=0.493,p<0.05).Conclusion: one:With the increase of altitude, cutaneous nerve fiber density and microvascular density are gradually decline, and both were positively correlated. two:In type 2 diabetic patients, cutaneous nerve fiber density and microvascular density are gradually decline, and both were positively correlated.
