The Expression And Significance Of Serum GP73 In Primary Hepatocellular Carcinoma Patients In Qinghai Area

Objective: Compared with primary HCC patients,liver cirrhosis due to chronic hepatitis B control group and healthy control group,three groups of patients with early morning fasting 8 hours above serum(Golgi glycoprotein) of GP73 positive rate of the expression of.Comparative(Golgi glycoprotein GP73 in whether there is any relationship between the positive expression in HCC patients was associated with age, gender. To explore the single GP73, detection of AFP primary hepatocellular carcinoma positive sensitivity and their combined detection in primary hepatocellular carcinoma patients serum sensitivity of differential expression.Methods: 60 cases were randomly selected from October 2014 to 2015 March in Affiliated Hospital of Qinghai University and the pathological diagnosis was serum in patients with primary liver cancer. Age 45.55 ± 9.31 years, there were 48 males and 12 females.A total of 60 patients with the same diagnosis for patients with chronic hepatitis B cirrhosis and 30 cases of outpatient normal healthy volunteers as control group. Using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) determination of the above three groups of fasting serum GP73 positive expression, and primary liver cancer group AFP positive expression. A sample of two compared with the rate of four table 2 test, multiple samples were compared by X ~ 2 test data list. Test standard alpha = 0.05.Results: Serum GP73 is equal to or larger than 150 ng / ml as a positive judgment index of GP73 in primary hepatocellular carcinoma patients, chronic hepatitis B liver cirrhosis group and normal healthy control group, three groups of patients with serum positive rate for 81.69%, 23.33%, 6.67%, three groups of patients were statistically significant(P < 0.005), through a pairwise comparison of the three groups of patients; GP73 in primary hepatocellular carcinoma patients with positive expression rate and age, gender is not statistically significant(P > 0.05); to AFP is more than or equal to 400ng / m L concentration value for positive selection index, a fetoprotein(AFP) in primary hepatocellular carcinoma patients with positive expression rate was 58.33%; GP73 and AFP in primary hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC) in serum of patients with positive expression rate was 88.33%.Conclusion: GP73 in primary hepatocellular carcinoma in patients with serum positive expression rate was significantly higher than that of AFP, GP73 and AFP in primary hepatocellular carcinoma in the serum of patients with positive expression rate was higher than that of single GP73 and single AFP GP73 in primary hepatocellular carcinoma in the serum of patients with positive expression was related to age and gender no significant relationship.
