Objective:This study on the joint application of ultrasonography and mammography and separate use of ultrasonography and mammography in the diagnosis of early breast cancer were analyzed, and combined with postoperative pathological link in discussion, discusses the application of the combined to improve the preoperative diagnosis rate of early breast cancer patients. Methods:Extract the taiyuan city central hospital in September 2011- September 2015 of 168 cases of early breast cancer patients admitted in this period of time as the research object, according to its clinical cases recycling sorting data needed to analyze the results.Extract patients aged 28-65 years, mean age was(47.6 + 1.5), breast tumors occurred in 25 patients with bilateral, occur in the patients of 78 cases, on the right side of the occurred on the left side for 65 cases of patients, patients with sources are closed hand since the clinic diagnosis could not touch the specific lumps, nipple discharge and areola skin erosion.Imaging findings of breast tumor with a 6 mm diameter of the smallest, the largest diameter is 23 mm, the average mass(16.7 + 3.4) mm diameter, were no distant metastasis of axillary lymph nodes.The above cases is in our line of preoperative imaging studies, postoperative pathology confirmed for breast cancer patients.The 168 patient records were analyzed retrospectively, compared with the pathological results mammography, ultrasonography and mammography combined ultrasound diagnosis coincidence rate of the three methods. Results:In our hospital preoperative breast ultrasound or a total of 168 patients with mammary gland molybdenum target, among them only do the ultrasound has 56 cases, only to check mammography in 45 cases, ultrasound combined with 67 cases of molybdenum target inspection.With postoperative pathologic examination as the gold standard, the diagnostic accordance rate of ultrasound combined mammography was 98.44%, the diagnostic accordance rate of ultrasound was 84.49%, the diagnostic accordance rate of mammography was 87.31%.The diagnostic accordance rate of ultrasound combined molybdenum target group is higher than the individual than the accuracy of ultrasound or mammography alone check, check the difference was statistically significant(P < 0. 05).While using ultrasound alone or using mammography alone did not see obvious difference. Conclusion:Mammary gland colour to exceed and mammary gland molybdenum target with quick and convenient operation, low cost advantages of easy for patients to accept, with postoperative pathologic examination as the gold standard, only for a single check prone to disease diagnosis and the misdiagnosis rate.Joint mammography and ultrasound in the diagnosis of breast cancer is significantly higher than the single inspection, so in mammary gland disease inspection, should be combined two, can greatly improve the accuracy of early diagnosis of breast cancer.
