Abstract/Summary:
Objective:To retrospective study the preoperative diagnostic value of high-frequency color doppler ultrasound, mammography and ultrasound guided core needle biopsy of breast cancer.Method:201female patients with breast cancer were randomly selected in the period of January,2008to June,2011in this study, the age between25-79years old, average age47.7years old,and all patients were confirmed by means of surgery, which had taken in gastrointestinal gland surgery of the First affiliated hospital of Guangxi medical university, and postoperative pathological examinations. Summarizing the results of the high-frequency color doppler ultrasound, mammography(CR photography) and ultrasound guided core needle biopsy of the patients, then compared respectively with the results of patient’s postoperative pathological results, in the line with the rate of diagnosis obtained.Results:In203breast lesions of the201female patients(2patients had bilateral breast cancer), ultrasound imaging diagnosed malignant lesions166, diagnosed as benign23, can not be clearly benign or malignant14.The diagnostic accuracy rate was81.8%. Mammography diagnosed malignant lesions148, diagnosed as benign19, no obvious space-occupying lesions27, can not be clearly benign or malignant9.The diagnostic accuracy rate was72.9%. Ultrasound guided core needle biopsy diagnosed malignant lesions185, misdiagnosed as benign12,6lesions were not found tumor cells. The diagnostic accuracy rate was91.1%.The combination of three kinds of examination methods diagnosed malignant lesions197, misdiagnosed as benign5, can not be clearly benign or malignant l.The diagnostic accuracy rate was97.0%. The results were significant differences(p <0.05).Conclusion:①For the diagnosis of breast cancer,high-frequency color doppler ultrasound, mammography and ultrasound guided core needle biopsy were effective clinical diagnostic methods with high value of breast cancer respectively, but all has its own advantages and defects.②The high-frequency color doppler ultrasound diagnosis accuracy rate is higher than that of mammography, and ipsilateral axillary lymph nodes metastasis positive diagnostic accuracy rate is higher than the latter, it has no ionizing radiation, noninvasive, safe, convenience and repeatability.③The ultrasound guided core needle biopsy for diagnosis of breast cancer with significantly higher accuracy rates than imaging examination.④The high-frequency color doppler ultrasound, mammography combined ultrasound guided core needle biopsy show marked improvement in diagnostic accordance rate, reduce the rate of misdiagnosis.
