Objective:Through the retrospective clinical study, analyze of the clinical date of patient with variant angina. To study the characteristics and risk factors for diagnosis and treatment of such patients. Method:Between January 1,2000 and October 31,2015,26 consecutive patient with a diagnosis of variant angina and undergoing coronary angiography at the first hospital of Shanxi medical university were enrolled in the present study. According to the result of coronary angiography, patients were divided into 2 groups: those with organic stenosis and those without. Application of relevant statistical methods, the clinical characteristics, biochemical examination and auxiliary examination of the two groups were retrospectively compared. Then following all the patients, to observe the incidence of major adverse cardiac events and compare the difference of prognosis between the two groups.According to the follow-up result, dividing these patients into two groups. One is the group of no adverse events and the other is adverse events group. Researching the clinical date of the two groups and analyzing of the prognosis for patient with variant angina. Results:Age, smoking, family history, high cholesterol, high triglycerides, high serum level of Lp(a) a higher likelihood of luminal stenosis for patients with variant angina. Age and smoking is variant angina pectoris patient occur a risk factor for coronary vascular lumen.Male, smoking, high cholesterol, higher low density lipoprotein cholesterol, coronary vascular lumen, as long as those of nitrate medications variant angina pectoris patients are more likely to happen in cardiovascular adverse events. High cholesterol, as those of nitrate medications for a long time is a risk factor for adverse events of variant angina pectoris patients. Conclusion:Age, smoking, dyslipidemia in patients with variant angina pectoris, luminal stenosis is more likely to occur; Male, smoking, dyslipidemia in patients with variant angina pectoris, higher the incidence of cardiovascular adverse events. So variant angina pectoris patients should actively smoking cessation, improve lipid levels to improve the prognosis of patients with variant angina pectoris, reduce the incidence of adverse events. According to individual circumstance selective as those of nitrate medications.
