Objective: This study prepared BIU-87 cells targeted nanobubbles, to observe the targeting effect in vitro. Methods: Mechanical vibration method was used to prepare non-targeting nanobubbles. The biotin-avidin bridge method was used to conjugate biotinylated NYZL1, and non-targeting nanobubbles generated biotinylated NYZL1 nanobubbles targeting specifically BIU-87 cells. The morphology, concentration and shelf life of microbubbles were detected with optical microscopy, and the particle size range and the surface potential were measured with Zate detector. The binding of targeting nanobubbles to BIU-87 cells was detected using light microscopy. MTT was used to detect cell proliferation for different concentration of microbubbles. Ultrasound imaging was observed in vitro. Results: The rounded and uniformly distributed targeting nanobubbles were successfully generated. In vitro experiment, It is efficient bind to the cell surface and arrange along the surface of the cell. Different concentrations of both nanobubbles have no change for cell proliferation. Enhanced ultrasound imaging in vitro experiment. Conclusion: The targeted nanobubbles is prepared successfully. It can specifically target and attach to BIU-87 cells surface in vitro ultrasound imaging is good and both nanobubbl es have no effect on cells growth.
