Clinical Curative Effect Analysis Of Carotid Artery Stent Implantation

Objective:to investigate the carotid stent implantation treatment,assessment of carotid artery stent implantation in the treatment of carotid stenosis clinical curative effect and clinical application value of analysis of the carotid artery stent implantation perioperative complications.Methods:from January 2013 to June 2015 in 45 patients with carotid stenosis patients in the internal carotid artery stent implantation as a group, 45 cases of drug treatment of carotid stenosis patients as control group, control group given aspirin, wave vertical dimension, statins, antihypertensive agents, such as conventional conservative treatment, the team is on the basis of conventional treatment of digital subtraction angiography, stent implantation, observed in two groups after treatment 1 to 2 years at the national institutes of health neural function defect score(NIHSS) score, rankin scale, record during the treatment of a variety of adverse reactions.Results:1 year after treatment the CAS group, NIHSS score, rankin scale score difference was statistically significant, CAS group after treatment effect;NIHSS score 1 year after drug treatment group differences, rankin scale score was statistically significant,drug group after the treatment with effect;There was no statistically significant difference effect of two groups of treatment.Conclusion:CAS therapy and drug therapy are effective, no difference between the two groups of treatment.
