ObjectTo explore the characteristic of hemodynamic parameters of different parts of fetal middle cerebral artery( a third paragraph in the inside of M1, distal stump of M1)in the second trimester by monitoring the hemodynamic parameters of different parts of fetal middle cerebral artery with color doppler ultrasound. the hemodynamic parameters included peak flow velocity(PSV), pulsatility index(PI) and resistance index(RI), the peak-systolic/diastolic ratio(S/D) of MCA,analysising the reason of the difference of formation, looking for more testing area and providing more accurate basis for clinical intervention and treatment.MethodsFrom December 2014 to May 2015,a total of 136 normal pregnant women with a gestation age of 22+1-25+5 weeks were examined by monitoring different parts of fetal middle cerebral artery with color doppler ultrasound.the hemodynamic parameters included peak flow velocity(PSV), pulsatility index(PI) and resistance index(RI), the peak-systolic/diastolic ratio(S/D) of MCA, The results were statistically analyzed by paired t test and rank sum test.Results108 normal fetal were monitored the hemodynamic parameters of different parts of fetal middle cerebral artery( A third paragraph in the inside of M1, distal stump of M1) in a total of 136 normal pregnant women, success rate was 79.1%; The differences between the hemodynamic parameters of different parts of fetal middle cerebral artery were statistical significant, statistical result manifeststhe PSV,PI,RI,S/D of a third paragraph in the inside of M1 was no less than the corresponding hemodynamic parameters of distal stump of M1; Detected 108 cases of fetal middle cerebral artery blood flow to the M1 segment different segmental spectrum, color doppler ultrasound fetal middle cerebral artery in M1 segment different segmental blood flow spectrum serrated, throughout the cardiac cycle are one-way flow, diastolic no reverse flow signal; 1 case of umbilical cord around theneck of a week of fetal middle cerebral artery hemodynamic parameters did not have obvious abnormity, 5 cases of umbilical cord around a week and 2 cases of umbilical cord around the neck of two weeks of fetal middle cerebral artery S/D, PI and RI were moderately reduced;4 cases were too few of the amniotic fluid of pregnant women and fetal middle cerebral artery blood flow to the parameter index decreases;5 cases of pregnant women spectrum image quality display fetal middle cerebral artery were poorer leading to the failure monitoring;11 cases of fetal middle cerebral artery blood flow to the M1 segment dynamic spectrum diastolic blood flow direction or missing.ConclusionThe statistical result show that there are differences between different parts of fetal middle cerebral artery in the Second Trimester, the PSV,PI,RI,S/D of a third paragraph in the inside of M1 was no less than the corresponding hemodynamic parameters of distal stump of M1.
