The Validation Of Assistive Communication Training Equipment And Its Application On Communication Disorders

Objective:In present study, we applied the Assistive Communication Training Equipment under S-YJK-05 communication training system ZM42.3 on the patients with communication disorders to meet individualized demands and verify its practicality.Methods:1. The verify of Assistive Communication Training EquipmentIn this study, the basic structure of Application of Assistive Communication Training Equipment was established and examined by experts. Meanwhile, its parameters were determined and the system debugging was finished based on the case application experience.2. The preliminary application of the Assistive Communication Training Equipment1) The preliminary application of Assistive Communication Training Equipment on patients with aphasia12 patients with dysphasia were enrolled and received 3 weeks of treatment with the assistive communication Training Equipment for 3 weeks. The patients’ satisfaction scores to communicate and patients’ desire score to communicate scores were recorded before and after 3 weeks of the treatment.2) The efficacy exploration of Assistive Communication Training Equipment on patients with aphasia22 patients with dyphasia treated with the Assistive Communication Training Equipment. Aphasia Battery of Chinese were estimated before treatment, 2 weeks training post and 4 weeks training post. And the rehabilitation training effectiveness and the differences of Aphasia Battery of Chinese sub- items were compared before and after treatment.Results:1. The Assistive Communication Training Equipment under S-YJK-05 communication training system ZM42.3 could apply for the patients with patients with communication disorders.2. The patients’ satisfaction scores to communicate and patients’ desire score to communicate scores within 12 patients with communication disorders were significantly increased after treatment with the assistive communication APP(P<0.05).3. The total effective rate of the Assistive Communication Training Equipment on 22 patients with aphasia was 100%. The scores of Aphasia Battery of Chinese sub-items were significantly improved after treatment, especially the length of treatment and is proportional to curative effect.Conclusion:The patients with communication disorders could benefit from the assistive communication Training Equipment under S-YJK-05 communication training system ZM42.3 by improving their communication ability and the speech rehabilitation training.Their desire and satisfaction for the equipment is very grate. This equipment is also easy to operate and carry, as well as worthy of being widely applied in clinic.
