| Telemedicine system as a bridge between medical staff and patients, according to the current status of our health care, promote the continuous improvement of the level of medical diagnosis plays a key role. But the quality of the video image, the real-time transmission, the reliability and stability has to providemuch higher requirements to the Telemedicine system. How to transmit audio and video much quick and accurate is the primary problem of remote communication to solve.We analyzes the telemedicine remote medical consultation in question, on the H.264network video codec technology, application framework, including the core, main coding technology, it’s layering technology and H.264standard in the network video, by contrast to the network transmission requirement analysis and network transmission protocol, the selection of UDP transmission protocol. According to the network video specific requirements, to analysis the properties of the H.264standard network adapter, H.264video is very suitable for RTP/UDP/IPtransmission network. At the same time, describes the RTP package process, and the QoS congestion control video transmission, the last of the network video transmission system in the server and the client gives the detailed design and implementation.The main results of the thesis is to research and analyze fully applies to the video codec technology in remote medical treatment according to H.264, the system of real-time video transmission is designed and start to implemented, in system design using the UML analysis tool based on DirectShow, and realized the function modules of the system. On the basis of the telemedicine system was designed in detail, starting with the implementation of the execution of a program flow chart to the program code, can realize the function of system management, user registration, login system, the network server, the client communication, medical data transmission, remote video conferencing, remote communication online. |
