The Intervention Research Of Wenshen Jianpi Decoction On Subclinical Hypothyroidism（Pi And Shen Yang Deficiency）

Objective: To observe the curative effect of wenshen jianpi decoction in the treatment of subclinical hypothyroidism patients with pi and shen yang deficiency type.Methods: From December 2014 to November 2015,A total of 140 patients who were pi and shen yang deficiency with subclinical hypothyroidism were recruited from the department of Endocrinology in Gansu Province Hospital of traditional Chinese Medicine. According to the level of TSH, all patients were divided into two groups,TSH:4-10mIU/L was A group(70 cases) and TSH>10m IU/L(70 cases) was B group. Respectively, the two groups were divided into control group and treatment group. For A group(70 cases), The treatment group(35 cases)were given wenshen jianpi decoction.While, the control group(35 cases) without intervention. For B group(70 cases), The treatment group(35 cases)were given wenshen jianpi decoction and Levothyroxine Sodium Tablets.While, the control group(35 cases) were given Levothyroxine Sodium Tablets. The thyroid functions(TSH,FT4,FT3),TCM syndrome integral and blood lipids(TC,TG,LDL-C,HDL-C) were measured before and after treatment. The data was analysised with SPSS19.0 software.Results:(1)Total therapeutic effect of two groups: The total effective rate of A group was 90.91% in the treatment group and 63.64% in the control group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05), the curative effect of treatment group was better than that of control group; The total effective rate of B group was 94.12% in the treatment group and 73.53% in the control group, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05), the curative effect of treatment group was better than that of control group;(2) The TSH indicators of two groups: After treatment, the treatment group in both TSH index of A group and B group was lower than before(P<0.05);the treatment group of TSH index was better than that of control group(P<0.05);(3)The TCM syndrome score of two groups: After treatment, in the treatment group of both group A and group B,the TCM syndrome score was lower than before(P<0.05), the treatment group of TCM syndrome score was better than the control group(P<0.05);(4)The Blood lipid of two groups: Both treatment group and control group in group A the blood lipid level is not changed obvious, the difference was not statistically significant(P> 0.05); Both treatment group and the control group of group B could reduce the levels of TC and LDL-C, the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05), and the treatment group decreased TC and LDL-C level is better than that of the contrast group. The treatment group and the control group in improving the TG, HDL-C level is not obvious, the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);Conclusions: Wenshen jianpi decoction can relieve the clinical symptoms who with subclinical hypothyroidism, decrease the level of serum TSH, can delay the progression of the disease,and effective in treatment also no obvious side effect were observed.Which suitable for subclinical hypothyroidism pi and shen yang deficiency patients.
