Objective:To investigate the risk of allergic diseases of neonatal necrotizing enterocolitis(NEC) in one year, and to explore the possible risk factors, in addition, to observe its influences of the level of physical growth. Methods:We collected infants with NEC in Children’s Hospital of Chongqing Medical University in 2014.1.1-2014.7.31 who had complete clinical information and parents’ cooperates to accomplish the follow-up within one year, divided them into two groups according to the allergic disease. We analyzed the collected data with SPSS13.0,screened the possible factors associated with allergic diseases by single factor analysis firstly, then analyzed the strength of the related factors associated by multielement Logistic regression analysis. Made scatter diagram with Graphpad Prism5.0 to reflect the level of physical growth.Results:1.A total of 117 infants met the inclusion criteria, in a year,56(47.9%) belonged to the non-allergic disease group,61(52.1%) belonged to the allergic disease group.2.The risk factors of allergic diseases within one year was immediate families’ allergic history(44.3% vs 19.6%), P<0.05;besides,peritonitis(13.1% vs 1.8%), Abdominal X-ray scores>7(19.7% vs 8.9%) and operation(18.0% vs 7.1%) were potential risk factors, P<0.1.3.The result of multielement Logistic regression analysis showed that sex(boy)( OR=2.250, 95%CI=1.003 ~ 5.048, P=0.049), immediate families’ allergic history(OR=3.368,95%CI=1.524~8.899,P=0.004)were independent risk factors of allergic disease within one year, in addition, peritonitis(OR=8.087,95%CI=0.917~71.266,P=0.060) has the potential statistical significance. The most obvious one is immediate families’ allergic history.4.It had no statistical significance on the level of physical growth within one year between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:The main risk factors of allergic disease in infants with NEC within one year may be immediate families’ allergic history and sex(boy), besides, peritonitis may also increase the risk of allergic disease. It had no significant influence on the level of physical growth within one year whether they had a allergic disease or not.
