Objective1. To observe the distribution of bacterial flora of chronic infected wounds, as to provide the basis and guidance for the clinical use of antibiotics;2. To observe the acute and chronic wounds in the treatment of wounds microenvironmental range of PH value, forecast trend of wound healing.Methods1. wound tissue which is from chronic infection wound make bacterial to culture in our department from January 2015.01 to June2015.12, to cultivate the colonies were analyzed, and draw a chronic bacterial infection of the distribution of the colony;2. 40 cases of the PH value on the surface of the wound is tested with flat glass electrode under chronic wound infection state; it is ummarized that chronic wound PH fluctuate in the state of infection; and simultaneously tested acute wound of 20 patients who Hospitalized in our department;and 20 patients with acute infection wound, using flat glass electrode respectively for testing center of the wound on the surface of the PH value, and simultaneously tested the patients with the surroundingnormal skin PH value of the wound. Infected wounds are debrided, before and after operation were detected the change of PH value of the wound.Results1. 155 specimens which are from the patients of chronic wounds patients cultured Bacterial, negative 70 person-time, positive for 85person-time, positive rate was 54.8%, the positive bacteria distribution:Staphylococcus aureus(33/85), E.coli(15/85), Pseudomonas aeruginosa(13/85), Pneumonia klebsiella bacillus(8/85), Sewer intestinal bacteria(4/85), Dung enterococcus(2/85);Multi-resistant 19 specimens, including Multiple Resistant Staphylococcus Aureus(MRSA) 10 specimens, 30.3%of Staphylococcus aureus.Multiple drug-resistant E.coli 8 specimens,accounting for 53.3% of the E. Coli.2. Normal skin PH value range from 4.80 to 5.70;Acute non infected wounds PH value range from 6.60 to 7.90;Acute infective wound PH value range from 6.60 to 8.30;Chronic wounds PH value range from 7.50 to8.70;The PH of chronic wounds which are infected staphylococcus aureus is 7.82±0.11;The PH of chronic wounds which are infected E. coli is7.63 ± 0.06;The PH of chronic wounds which are infected Pseudomonas aeruginosa is 8.50 ± 0.05;The PH of chronic wounds which are infected Pneumonia klebsiella bacillus is 8.00 ± 0.05;Chronic wounds after wound debridement PH decline(P < 0.05);Acute infection after debridement and dressing change the PH of the wound decreased(P < 0.05).Conclusion1.2015 years in chongqing medical university second affiliated hospital of emergency surgery ward superiority strains of staphylococcus aureus, E. coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa.2. The wounds in different healing period have different PH;There is different PH between acute wound and chronic wounds;Different bacterial infection in chronic wounds have different PH;Acute or chronic wound microenvironment have different PH: The PH of the wound gradually to the evolution of acid,when acute healing; Acid environment may contribute to wound healing, chronic wound microenvironment will continue to fluctuate in alkaline environment.Debridement can make wound PH decline, may break the chronic process of the wound.
