Chronic wound healing is a complex and multistage process, it involves a series of continuous and interlacing of cellular and biochemical reactions. Initially an inflammatory reaction is produced, along with a series of proliferation process:the occurrence of blood vessels, the formation and proliferation of granulation tissue, the regeneration epithelial tissue, and soft tissue remodeling and so on in physiological process, to be achieving the reconstruction and morphological recovery of limbs. Along with the deepening and progress in the study of wound healing in the modern science, we had deeper understanding in the process of physiology and pathology physiology. In order to accelerate the healing of chronic wounds and improve the degree of wound healing, many treatments and innovative technologies were beginning to apply in clinical. In the 1980s, researchers have been researching and using ultrasonic debridement machine, at present this technology in Europe and the United States has being used to treating chronic wound commonly, it is considered of an ideal methods in wound healing, it can replace the traditional debridement to deal with complex wound. Objective Explore the clinical effects of the ultrasonic debridement machine and conventional surgical debridement in therapy of infectious wounds.MethodsSelect 94 cases (107 wound) combined soft tissue of contusive defect, who were randomly divided into treatment group (ultrasound debridement machine groups) of 47 patients and the control group (conventional surgical debridement group) of 47 patients. Wash the wounds both of two groups by using the Normal saline, the ultrasound debridement machine to the treatment group and the Normal saline washing to the conventional treatment group, be tertian and a total of seven times. Observe and compare the size of the wound, inflammation and secretion, and the wound healing before and after rinsing. Make the cultivation of the wound bacteria before and after rinsing in the first, fourth and seventh time both of two groups, and calculates the number of bacteria per unit area before and after rinsing. According to the measured data we calculate the wound bacterial remoal and the average bacteria remoal of each case.Analysis the data by the software of SPSS 13.0, and checkout the data by the T test between the parameters of two groups, and by Rank and inspection between the non-parameter of two groups. And calculate the P value for a statistical significance, which is less than 0.05.ResultsThere were statistically significant differences between two treatment groups in the bacterial clearance, the decreased degree of wounded surface area and the total length of stay, the P value<0.05, but no statistically differences in the painful index of patients, the P value>0.05.ConclusionUltrasound debridement machine treatment can sufficiently clear the bacteria and the necrotic tissue, stimulate the granulation tissue to growth rapidly and shorten the cure time, it is a simple and effective method for preparing the wound surface to the second surgery.
