With the rapid technological development of technology nowadays, robot technology has been widely used in the many fields of surgery. The technology can accomplish or assist in accomplishing the complex surgery treatment that cannot be done with various conventional instruments. Compared with traditional surgery, the robotic surgery has advantages of small wound, little adhesion, recover time reduction after the surgery and suffering alleviation. Therefore, only the surgeon has a high operating proficiency, he can get the qualification of independent operation. Nowadays the assessment operation proficiency of surgery robot operator is mostly based on the subjective judgement of specialists. Only relying on expert evaluation method wil lead the judgement result inaccurate.In order to overcome the question above on, this article will use the qualitative evaluation and quantitative evaluation methond to realize the evaluation of the operation skill of the operation robot. First all, the preliminary assessment indicators about the proficiency of primary surgical operation by robot are widely researched and collected by means of expert opinions and literature review. Then with the analytic hierarchy process, the assessment indicators of preliminarily hierarchical structure can be further screened. The second grade assessment indicators to the weight of their respectively affiliated first grade assessment indicators can be confirmed with another uniformity of the after-screening second grade assessment indicators. Subsequently, calculating the membership degree of assessment indicators.Building a ball traveling of virtual surgical environment through virtual simulation platform, and designing three stages of experimental tasks, the expert doctors will according to the operation performance give every subject a score when subjects finished each phase of experimental tasks.Finally, using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, membership function of structural quantitative evaluation index will be established. Calculating the membership of degree of qualitative and quantitative evaluation indexes. Then conversing the final evaluation results for percentage. After the model of fuzzy evaluation established, testing the credibility of the model. Then the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model can be used to evaluate the operation ability of the robot.
